Jeremy and his team did an outstanding job. From the first contact, he was professional, courteous and just a pleasure to work with. As a certified arborist, he did not just make random cuts where convenient for him as most self-proclaimed tree trimmers do. Instead, Jeremy got up in the tree and made sure our trees came out looking better and stronger than ever. They had already packed up when I discovered a bad branch on another tree that we never looked at together. He immediately offered to trim that one as well, at no extra cost. Their clean-up, finally, was spotless leaving our yard and driveway cleaner than when they arrived. Would give 8 stars if I could - and will definitely hire them again!

Arrived promptly & did an excellent job trimming my oak tree. Went above & beyond what I expected. Removed all the debris & left my yard clear. My neighbors small tree desperately needed some TLC, so after I got permission they were able to trim it at no additional charge. Definitely recommend Austin Metro!!!

Jeremy and his crew were top notch. They spent 4 days on my property cleaning up badly-neglected oak trees. They arrived when they said they would, paid meticulous attention to detail, and cleaned up all the fallen debris with care. Jeremy was always on-site or a phone call away and made sure quality of work was beyond satisfactory. He even took care of a last minute request with grace and gave me a deal on the extra work. Highly recommend!

They were excellent at communicating and executing the work. Jeremy explained everything g and helped us prioritize the work in phases. We got rid of a jungle of invasive or ugly trees , shrubs and vines, and Our remaining trees can now breathe and look just beautiful. They were stunningly fast and also thorough. If it werenâ t the dog days of summer would immediately proceed to phase 2 with them.

Super friendly, asked them to come out just for a quote, they arrived and were ready to work right then, even though it was 5pm and anyone else might put it off till the next day. Worked till past 6 until it was finished.

I ve now had two large trees removed by Jeremy and his team. He came in below other estimates because he said these trees need to be moved for safety reasons, and he said he liked to give a discount when it was for safety. This last one, half of the tree fell on our house, and before he got here I couldn t imagine how anyone would be able to remove it safely without damaging the house. Not only did they accomplish it with no additional damage, they came in the same day (on a Sunday!) because they realized the urgency of having a large tree resting on the house. Another thing- because it is important to me- is that he is always super quick to respond. I can t stand sending a message and waiting 24-48 hours for a response from a contractor. I couldn t be happier.

Jeremy put a description of the work and price in writing in advance. He and his team did a fast and professional job pruning and shaping our mature trees. The team showed up on time each day, worked very hard in the heat, and communicated with me throughout the job. I highly recommend this company.

Jeremy and his team were great. Very reasonably priced. They did a great job from the moment of first contact through job completion. My tree is beautiful and I am no longer worried about a limb falling on a car. I don t know how it possible, but even my dogs seemed to feel at ease while they were here.

The tree trimming service that Jeremy and Randy provided was great. Not only did they do exactly what I ask for but went the extra mile by removing brush that I had in my backyard and trimmed a second small tree that had been broken by high winds. Their bid was competitive and they were prompt and I really liked that they clean up after themselves. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and neighbors.
