The work will always be performed by an experienced and licensed irrigator. We charge industry average fees for labor and we do not price gouge our customers for parts like some companies do. - Before scheduling the appointment he provided all the details of the testing/ certification process and how we needed to be prepared. Including the cost of the job, which by the way was very competitive.
- We could tell immediately that Jeff is an expert and very knowledgeable. While doing the testing, he provide good advice regarding our irrigation system.
- It took him more time to do the job because he found out that the valve was broken, he needed to get another one and replace it.
- The test was done successfully.
- By the end of that day he email us the following documentation:
- An official copy of the Test and Maintenance Report.
- A copy of the Receipt for Filing Fee.
- A copy of your receipt for payment
We will definitely hire him again, for any of our irrigation needs.

The whole experience with Jeff was excellent. He scheduled us 3 days after our contact, and he arrived a little early. He pumped the water out of the valve box and tightened a loose bleeding screw on the valve. He also repositioned the tilt on a lawn spray head to hit the target area. Even though it wasn't a major job, I feel that Jeff is someone that we can trust for repairs. He gave me some useful information about zone valves, and he seems to have a lot of experience.
When I first called, I reached his voice mail. He returned my call before I had finished leaving a message. I had an urgent need to relocate an irrigation line, and he was able to fit me into his schedule. His estimate was very accurate, and the work was done very well. Jeff is very professional, and I will certainly be using him again for our irrigation maintenance.
Our system will be 10 years old on 10/14 and I expected him to say we needed a new circuit board or other numerous repairs but he repaired everything for only $136.00!!! He is very personable and explained everything as he went along.
I HIGHLY recommend Jeff Tucker at Austin Irrigation Management. He's really the sprinkler system whisperer.

Jeff was great at identifying the problems and fixing them. His skill at using the valve locator tool was wonderful! He is a good problem solver. I liked his professionalism and how well he communicated throughout each step in the process.

Jeff knows his business.
Jeff showed up when he said he would and solved our sprinkler issues. He spent a good deal of time and explained everything to me. Our water sensor was not working and John suggested we install a new wireless sensor. He told me what it would cost and I agreed. He made a note on our invoice for himself so he would remember. He didn't have one with him and said it would be a couple of weeks based on his schedule.
I was very happy with Jeff's services and his prices.
Two weeks later I emailed Jeff because I had not heard from him about installing our water sensor. He apologized and said that he missed his note and would not be able to make it out for 2 weeks. That would have made our wait for the water sensor 4 weeks long. I told Jeff that was too long and I would give him a review for his services on Angie's list that reflected the great quality of work but not so great follow up. He then emailed back that he had a cancellation and could fit me in the next day. I turned him down, I don't want to have to try to give my business to people.
Jeff does great quality work but would not use him again.
