Told us that gas log installer would be at our home on Tuesday and garage door installer would be there on Wednesday. Then called and said gas logs would be installed on Wednesday. Gas log installer showed up that Tuesday afternoon and installed gas logs and doors. Then no one showed up Wednesday to install garage doors. When we called them they said that the doors would be installed the following Tuesday. After waiting around all day Tuesday no one showed up and there was no phone call telling use what was going on. We called Wednesday and were told that they had to order the garage doors, with no explination as to why they waited a week before ordering, which would be delivered the following Monday with installation scheduled for Tuesday. Once again the doors were not delivered by supplier on Monday and no call until Tuesday to let us know that there was not going to be any install. Finally the doors arrived next Monday and install was completed on Tuesday. Both installers were good and the final product looks good but the weak point is there lack of customer service communication. I would not recommend them for any work that could be done by some other company.
