AUSTIN AMERICAN ROOFING CO

This is the forth roof that Austin American Roofing has put on my house in twenty four years.  They do outstanding work.  They are credible and customer conscious.  They do everything they can to please the customer.  Ronnie Ray is the guy that I have dealt with and he is a consummate professional.  The last roof that they put on my house, the compressor that they use for their nail gun was plugged into an outside plug and when they unplugged it there was a, the electrician say there was static electricity that built up and it blew out my GFI outlet in my garage which is a circuit plug.  And when I realized it wasn't working and I called Ronnie and right away he said you get an electrician and you get him to get out there and you get him to fix it and send me a bill.  And so it was taken care of that quickly and that responsibly.  Since then there have been several other neighbors in the neighborhood that have stopped and said, he put a sign in my yard and asked me about his company, if it was fine and I told them the same thing.  So I am aware that there other people who are interested in his business.  I would recommend him highly.  I have known him for the last twenty-four years.  He's been always the one I have dealt with.  And he is just really easy going.  And they do an outstanding job.  I have never had a leak on my roof.  As well, there have been a couple of times that I have noticed some flashing, metal flashing around the vents that have turned up, they could have been bent or an animal got a hold of them or something and I've called Ronnie and it may have been four or five years since he put the roof on and they came out and got back up there and tacked all of it back down and one time he replaced it.  He is, like I said, he's the kind of person you want to do business with.
