When we finally decided on the house, we must have gone another 4 times to that house. She was prompt each time, more than happy to meet us whenever we needed her. She was extremely accommodating. She suggested an inspector to come check out the house for us. He was excellent. She went out of her way to help us. She would ask the inspector questions on what we would need to replace or what we might need to fix. Things most people would forget to ask, but a good Realtor would know. She showed us a house that had a foundation issue, she told us to get an estimate from an insurance company, and we are glad that we did because they ended up telling us not to get it. She gave us hints of using painters, etc. I was inquiring if the recreation center had a pool, she went out of her way to call and find out for me. She has a cool, calm personality, nothing flustered her at all. We got a quit closing on it. Everything went smoothly.
