The repairman was good. He got the job done in about one hour because he had to go get a part. The scheduling was good. We have recommended them to others.

Patrick was very responsive (answered immediately and repair done same day).  He set an exact meeting time, not some vague 4 hour window.   He was punctual, had the problem diagnosed in 5 mins and repaired in 20 mins.   I would highly recommend this company.

It went great.  When we called he found a way to fit us in the same day.  He came when he promised.  He identified and fixed the issue.  His diagnostic fee and prices were reasonable.  I'm very pleased.
Additionally, it's important to mention that after I originally called Patrick and left a message, I tried another appliance repair person who answered and was unfortunately booked for 2 weeks.  HE recommended Patrick, who called back very shortly after.  I think it's great to have your peers/competitors recommend you for the work that you do.

He really did the diagnosis over the phone and that was ok seeing that I didn't have to pay for that but he ordered the part and come to find out that was not the problem. Hence we ordered the correct part that we had to be sure that was right, ended up working on the second trip out. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would still use him. It was a bit pricey and I say that because for the having to wait to get my dryer repaired again, and also because the part was not right, I should have got a discount and him telling me a discount was provided because of the long wait time. But oh well perhaps we both learned a lesson. I really like his service and two of Angie's list appliacne providers wouldn't even come to my house because they lived in North Austin and i lived in South Austin.

My whole experience with Patrick was excellent. He was even faster than I imagined, which is always welcome when it comes to dishwashers.

Patrick with Apple Appliance repair will be my first call next time. His name was given to me by another very good repair person who due to back issues was unable to pull out the dishwasher to get to the line. He was prompt, courteous and through. His price was fair for his time and how inolved the job was .

Without a doubt, from start to finish, Patrick at Apple Appliance Repair was a delight to work with. I called a number of people, and Patrick called me back within 5 minutes on a Saturday, asked me all of the pertinent questions (What is your machine doing? What type of machine do you have?) to troubleshoot on the phone before coming over. He said he would be here in 30 minutes, and he was. He even sent me a text to tell me he was on the way.  He had already thought about what the issue was from my description and the age of the machine so he came prepared with the proper part to fix it. In under an hour, I was back to washing clothes. Patrick is professional, easy to talk to (he explained everything very thoroughly), and as a woman, I felt very safe with him in our home. He assured my husband and me that our machine is still in very good working order, which made us feel good about keeping the washing machine. I would recommend Apple to anyone who appreciates quality service, expert advice, and nice people to work with. A +

Patrick showed up on time and removed our in-cabinet microwave to test it. It had not been responding when you try to heat. Only the lights and countdown would turn on, but no heating would occur. He said it sounded like the lower switches to the front panel (where you enter time to heat your food) had gone bad. He tested them and they tested as faulty. He replaced the switches, tested the microwave by heating a mug of water--which heated very nicely--and then installed the microwave back into our cabinet. Everything went very smoothly. Patrick explained the malfunction, what was needed to repair it, the cost, and also answered our questions regarding what to look for in the future when we eventually need to replace our microwave. The price was half, or less than half, of what it would've cost to replace an in-cabinet microwave AND have it installed. Spending less and having a whole lot less of a hassle and headache is always wonderful.
We were very happy with Patrick and Apple Appliance, and we'll definitely use them again in the future.

  We originally called another appliance repair service that was highly rated on Yelp, but since we were out of their service area - they recommended we call Patrick at Apple.   Our late model high tech dryer was only working intermittently.   Response was prompt.   We were told that it could be one of two boards that needed to be replaced and that if the one replaced did not solve the problem -  it could be switched out for the other board ( which was the more expensive board) and we would not be charged for having the first board replaced.   The first repair was all that was needed and the dryer has been working fine since service 6 months ago.  We were very pleased with the professionalism and promptness.  We will definitely call Patrick again for any other appliance repair.

I live in a downtown high rise with Bosch appliances and a stacking washer/dryer.  My previous appliance repairman doesn't come down here, and so I was in a fix when my washer stopped draining last week!
I heard about Patrick and found him to be prompt, helpful, reasonably priced, and not put out by our location.  He responds to phone calls, makes specific appointments and asks the right questions so that usually, he can even show up with the part you need in hand.  Yay!  Luckily, my washer was fixed without having to replace the drain pump, but Patrick had it if I had needed it.
I have recommended him to the rest of the building, and just hope he won't be so busy he can't fit me in the next time something breaks down!

They were very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Didn't take long for them to fix it at all. The quality of the work was pretty good. I would definitely recommend them.

I called Patrick Mohyde when my oven stopped working, because he had repaired my convection oven last year. I was very satisfied with the work he had done, and called on him again. We set up a date and time when he would come out (which was the very next day), and he was there when he said he would be. He had called first to let me know he was on his way, and I appreceated that. He showed me exactly what the problem was with the oven, what needed to be done, and what it would cost. After he had fixed the problem he was very considerate to let me clean behind the oven before he moved it back into place. He was very professional, punctual, and a nice person. I would refer him to friends and family.
