Ann was fantastic! We first contacted her over a year from the time we planned to sell just to get a professional opinion on improvements we should make to maximize our sales value. Ann promptly came out and provided many suggestions and tips, all of which were great. She did this without any kind of contract or benefit on her part. We followed her suggestions and then contacted her again a year later once we were ready to sell. She was very flexible and willing to work with a relocation company that was a bit trying at times. Prior to going on the market, she pulled comparable properties, as all agents do, but then went a step further to have several agents walk through ahead of time to ensure we found just the right price point. She also works with a professional photographer, which made a huge difference in comparing the look of our listing against others we saw online. It is fair to say that between her advice on improvements, timing in the market, and professional presentation, we sold at a much higher price than we initially expected all within 3 days on the market. Ann was always responsive, punctual, and knowledgeable. There was really nothing more we could have asked from her. I would highly recommend Ann to anyone looking for an excellent realtor.

Always a pleasure when working with Ann!  She is so knowledgeable and thorough.   I never feel pressured or rushed by her.  Ann always takes the time to make sure that I am completely comfortable with the transaction.  She goes above and beyond to make sure that my interests are protected.  The best part is that Ann has such a wonderful sense of humor.  We have had many amazing real estate adventures together, and she makes what could be a stressful situation fun.

One problem with it was you could not easily determine the property line.  Ann came up with a very cost effective solution.  We marked the boundary lines with boulders and the property sold within 4 months.  Needless to say we were very pleased.   Ann took care of all the details to get the closing accomplished in a timely manner.  I would use Ann Kimbriel for Real Estate again in a heartbeat!!!

Due to the low Lake Travis lake levels (down over 50" from the Texas draught), the home did not sell.  Dripped it off the market until the lake recovers.
