Absolutely horrible. Gave him a deposit in late 2021. Took several months and phone calls to get Christian out to our house. He replaced most of our downstairs windows. A few months later, the master bedroom window began coming apart and we could not close it. Christian came out and admitted the installation was faulty and committed to correct it. Over a year has gone by with countless text conversations and phone calls. Now he simply stopped responding. I will be filling a small claims court complaint to get this resolved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We have had an absolutely terrible experience with Alpha Glass Company. We placed an order for large commercial project. They came out, priced it, and actually returned several times to the job site for "field measurements." They had been in close contact with us for several months. Now two months prior to the job beginning, they have "ghosted" us. Avoided phone calls, not responded to voicemails, answered the phone and would give us excuses like "he just stepped out" or "he's out to lunch." After we started seeing red flags daily as the project is coming up against time to execute, we've been bombarding them with calls daily getting nowhere. Finally we received a random email stating "Unfortunately we cannot continue with this project, and since there's no contract there's nothing further needed here, and only respond via emails." I've never dealt with such an incredibly unprofessional organization that led us on to the very last minute like this one. If you have a sizeable job, DO NOT risk performance of your work by teaming up with this Company. Someone who would put you in such a precarious position such as what they've done here, does not deserve to get any serious jobs.
