I had used Robert's company many times before with no problems. But this last time it took several tries to get him out to do the job.
Twice he was supposed to come out but did not show up and did not call to say he could not make it. Another time I told him to come before 5:00 and he showed up at 4:50. Then he stayed in his truck for 10 minutes talking on the phone before coming to the job site. After this he did not have the correct parts and had to return the next day. He said he would be there around 10:00 but his staff showed up at 11:30 to start the job. Then they had trouble cutting off the junction box and had to borrow one of my tools to get the job done. Even though the job turned out to be a can of worms he finished the job professionally. They cleaned up well and were on their way.
