I called them around 4 p.m. on the 13th and they had a technician here a little after 6 p.m. diagnosing the problem. He then drove back to the office and called us that evening with a quote. They arrived at 9:30 a.m. on the 14th and started working on it immediately. Hats off to them for service!!!!

We have used them twice, and every time it was good. We didn't have any complaints. Our overall experience with them was really good. We didn't have any problems at all. The price was great. With regard to quality, the skirting even in cement can be a bit fragile. Their responsiveness was great, and their punctuality was good too.

The service tech, Michael, was on time, efficient, explained everything and was thorough. He cleaned up after himself.

Be sure and be upfront on your priorities. An example would be that I knew I wanted to sell my home soon and I wanted a good, reliable system that was not the most expensive "Cadillac" unit available. I also wanted to have a system that was very environmentally friendly. Plus, noise was a problem with my old system so I wanted to make sure that my new system didn't have a loud running noise.

These people are wonderful to do business with, they were responsive and knowledgable. They came out, gave us a free estimate as well as choices on a/c versus heat pump, seer ratings and how to improve air flow. After we decided which way to go, they installed it the next day. Perfect service!

They were friendly and good at communicating. They were pleasant and the job went fine.

Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely use this company again.

When we returned home from a long vacation, the upstairs air conditioner was not working. I called one company that came highly recommended. The repair person who showed up did not impress me his knowledge. The salesman who came a day later from the same company tried to sell me a new air conditioner. I contacted Air Pro because they are a factory authorized Carrier dealer. They knew what they were doing and determined that I did not need a new air conditioner. Plus, they installed a new evaporator coil for about $400 less than the other company had wanted.

Everything went very smooth, they did the job from start to finish in a timely pro way. Getting up to the attic you have to use a step ladder though a small opening, the unit would just fit. Another company wanted to charge me extra not air pro. GOOD JOB!!

We needed to replace the outside unit of our 6 year old home due to poor equipment used by builder. Air Pro gave us a fair price on replacement of the unit and an even better deal on an upgraded, larger complete unit (inside and outside). They were able to replace the unit within hours of their insection of our unit. The guys were polite, clean, and finished the job in 2 1/2 hours. They offered an extended warranty for only 187.00 for an additional 5 years. The price given to us was exactly the amount collected. There was no trying to upsell or adding additional costs. We even spoke to our regular A/C repairman, whom was out of town, and he also said the price was good and that they are a reputable company. We are very happy with the job that they performed.
