GREAT! From the 1st contact, through design, the bid, the work, the updates, the tracking, the billing, and even dealing with a minor accidental cutting of an internet cable, AGC was professional, courteous, conscientious, and all around great to work with.

ACG was great, they came on time for my quote appointment and fixed all my issues quickly and professionally. I’ll be using them again!

We had a pretty tricky project trying to create one level throughout an old house. Our project started with a foundation repair before they came in so we had some other repairs as well. The AGC team handled the subflooring build out, baseboards, door casing adjustments, trim, some new bead board in a bathroom, a pine accent wall, sheetrock repairs, texture and painting. We had a few issues come about during the project but they were eager to correct anything we were concerned about to our satisfaction. Alan produced quick accurate quotes and Geoff was very hands on and commutative throughout the project. Anytime there was a concern, Geoff quickly worked with his crew to correct the issue. The pine accent wall and sheetrock repairs were especially polished and clean. The payment process was clear and convenient. We hope to work with them again in the future.

ACS was great! Alan was very communicative with scheduling and any needed schedule updates. We had a smaller maintenance project but the team was very eager and professional. They came out, took a look, got us a clear bid quickly, and were conscientious about social distancing. Our tech texted us photos and a report of what was completed. The whole thing was pretty seamless and we’ll definitely be looking to ACS in the future.

I am a property manager and have been working with this company for a couple years now. They have been able to do practically everything we need and if they can they are able to quickly work with someone or refer us to someone that can. they price fairly and get the job done in a timely manner and it is done correct.

ACS was 1 of 2 bids and he was competitively priced. My property manager assured me that the house would be in immaculate shape, as it was an expensive house and I wanted it to be in optimal shape for rental. The previous owners had dogs so it damaged some of the trims and doors. Jack from ACS provided a quote and provided all of the repairs on time and it was in immaculate shape. I could not have been happier as I was worried when purchasing the property that the condition would prevent it from being rented out. When I walked through the property, it felt like a brand new house. I highly recommend ACS.
