They come here a routine check on our home security system. This check is free and the system is under warranty for the first year. It makes me feel more comfortable knowing my home security is working properly. I would definitely recommend this company to others. The service workers are very professional and take the time to answer all of my questions.

I really was not genuinely satisfied with the services I was receiving from ADT. It seemed to me they were always jacking up their prices for some reason or another. It was just getting to be ridiculous, so I refused to continue an unrealistic monthly bill. I have not yet found a different company to take their place, but I know I will not be reconsidering them.

I especially enjoy the fact that I can just pay one flat fee once a year and that covers it all. I fortunately have not ever experienced the alarm activating ever, and in my mind, that is a very good thing. They really have not done any service checks that I am aware of, but I am sure they are not even needed. They seem to know what they are doing.

We only had one false alarm in the last year or so, and ADT called quickly. They haven't inspected our alarm system or done any check-ups other than that, but they seem to be a reliable service and we have no complaints.

This company has done a great job for us. We have not had any kind of problems with the system since we have been using them. They actually installed the system for us and all the people have been very friendly to us.

I have never experienced any actual set offs with the alarm system, but I know it is working properly because they provide regular service inspections. I am content with the services they offer and feel they are doing a great job providing my protection. They will not be losing my monthly arrangement any time soon.

We've used ADT ever since we moved into this house three years ago. As far as I know they haven't done any check ups on the system and we haven't had any false alarms. We're happy with their service.

Everything has been pretty good with the protection I receive from ADT. I do have one complaint though, and it is this one window in the home. Every winter it gets severely cold and the window triggers the alarm. They have tried many times to resolve the problem, but, have yet to find a solution. I still choose to stick by their sides though.

I can recall a time when the alarm system was accidentally activated. ADT was very fast in calling and attempting to send out some help. I was quite pleased to here that. I guess it is a good thing, that they provide regular service checks on my alarm system. They are so very reasonably priced, you can not help but to stay with there company, especially after their follow through.

I am as happy as can be with ADT. I have never had any problems with my system in the entire six years that I have been using them. It never triggers, I never have burglaries and I never feel unsafe. I plan to keep using them for six more years and that is the best I can tell you. I do recommend them and I am sure that you would not be disappointed with them either.

We have been pretty pleased with their service, and they did a good job of installing and explaining how the system worked. I have accidentally set the system off several times, and they have always responded quickly. If they didn t reach us, they sent the cops out right away.

We had them install the system when the home was new. They did a very good job of installing everything and of explaining everything. They had a very quick response time and were a extremely reputable company. We have been using them for a couple of years now.

I no longer use ADT alarm services. It came to be too much of a bother constantly having to worry whether or not I disarmed the system before opening a door or to even just crack a window. I felt like a prisoner in my own home. The complete opposite feeling of what I should have felt.

They did a good job for us, when we used them. We did quit using them, because my husband thought that we lived in a safe enough area that we didn t need to use an alarm monitoring system. I am not sure what the price was exactly, because my husband took care of that.

These guys were excellent, we felt very safe with them watching over our home. We have been using them for quite a while and they have always been nice to us. One good thing about them is their price. They are extremely reasonable for the quality and kind of service that they provide for us.

ADT Security had given us an overwhelming sense of security. Their monitoring service had allowed us to keep that feeling. They have always been quick to respond to any false alarm. They came out each year to check every camera, motion sensor, and window and door alarm to make sure everything was working perfectly. They charge $75 quarterly for the monitoring.

We have never had to have them send anyone out luckily. The system was here when we bought the home so we kept their service. We feel more secure with them and they also cover fire related monitoring too. They provide a good service and you can count on them. I just am not sure what the price is so I don t want to guess.

We use ADT because of an existing system in the house that we bought. They did a very good job of explaining everything to us about the system. We have had it go off a couple of times while we were gone and they responded very quickly. We have been using them for about 3 years now.

I have not had any troubles of any kind from the people at ADT. I have had the troubles of my cats activating the alarm a few times here and there, but they were able to respond and send out police within minutes of the alarm activating. They definitely do their job very well and will not be losing my monthly payments.

THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY THOROUGHLY AND CLEARLY. THEY CAME QUICKLY AND IT WAS INSTALLED A FEW DAYS AFTER WE HAD INITIALLY CALLED. WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS OR MALFUNCTIONS.

I HAD A PROWLER SO I WAS VERY NERVOUS, THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT TEACHING ME HOW TO SET MY ALARM. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY AFTER I EXPLAINED ABOUT THE PROWLER.
