It looks good but we haven?t had a lot of rain since then so it?s hard to tell if the quality is great.

D.J. (project manager) is very pleasant to deal with; he helped us with our insurance claim and returned our calls promptly. The roofing crew was efficient, professional and well supervised. When they were finished the roof looked great and the yard was spotless. We would not hesitate to recommend Ace Roofing Company.

They were a little expensive but the service went well. They cleaned up later and the quality of their work was good.

We interviewed 4 roofing companies and picked Ace roofing. The price is fair and the sales person (D.J) was very nice. He answered all our questions patiently and always communicated with us promptly during the whole process. He gave us good suggestions and understand our concerns. We were also convinced the material to be put on our roof has high quality. The crew used only one and half day to finish the job. There were almost a dozen people on the first afternoon. They did everything we have asked them to do. The finished roof looks good and we have not had any leak after a few storms. After the installation of the ridge vent, the ventilation of the attic area seems to have improved a lot. The only imperfection is that although the crew tried their best, but some of our bushes near the house got damaged while they removed the old shingles. Overall we have great experiences. We'd highly recommend Ace Roofing.

I got estimates from 5-10 companies. Found Jimmy Slagle with Ace to be the most no-nonsense, knowledgeable account representative, without being overly sales-y. Also, I wanted to have the forest green color of shingles and he did not act like that was a big deal, deal-braker or "premium" request as other companies had. Also didn't try to scare me into a quick decision with threats of price increase. He kept in communication about finding the right materials over the following two weeks. Materials were delivered on time, but just in time for a week of rain--so there was an extended waiting period. Communication during this time could have been better. I had to call for status update to get an idea of when they would start work. They completed the job in 1.5 days and had a large & seasoned crew. I noticed a problem with one area where the shingles had not been evenly spaced...along with a couple of other minor issues. They sent a crew to correct everything to my specifications the next day.

They were very responsive and they helped me work with the insurance adjuster. They got the job done neatly and in the time frame they said they would.
