+ -1 moreI described what was happening, the model (Fridgidaire) and age (around 10 years) and they deduced the compressor was going bad and advised that money would be better spent buying a new unit compared to the repair expense. Cost me Nothing!

+ -1 moreThey made room for us on short notice and arrived on time. Polite and knowledgable. The price was reasonable and the service visit charge can be applied to any subsequent work required. FYI, the name on the invoice is Access Service Company, not Access Appliance Service, but the owners' name and phone number match. And appliance service is what they do.
Description of Work: Refrigerator temps were high with a loud noise. Bo came out and inspected it. Gave us follow up instructions if it's not resolved in 24 hours.

Description of Work: Replaced broken circuit board in Frigidaire electric oven. Had to obtain new circuit board from manufacturer. Had not really worked on very many Frigidaire electric ovens, but figured out pretty quickly how to get to and replace malfunctioning circuit board.

Description of Work: Bo Karimi diagnosed both my washing machine and my ice maker. He is VERY knowledgeable. He recommended that I not repair my washing machine. The design is flawed and I should put a lot of money into it. My ice maker is over 20 years old and needs to be replaced - or just use plastic ice cube trays. I'm using trays. I was very impressed that he could have made a lot of money by replacing the clutch on my washer and installing a new ice maker. But he recommended against both.
