Kevin and Christopher were EXCELLENT at fitting it perfectly, securing it to the house, painting the board, and sealing it so rain would not leak in. They arrived with all the equipment they needed to do the job, were very professional and knowledgeable, and did quality work efficiently. We will DEFINITELY hire this company again!

After arriving on time we spent several minutes going over what needed doing which included one gate that needed hinges re installed. A second gate was not opening or closing properly due to work next door.. Finally 6 planks were removed and new ones installed. I am very pleased with the work that was done and would re hire..

Installation was quick and well done. Office staff is excellent and were on top of everything. Owner/Greg, is a nice guy, informative, gives an honest assessment of needs. Used them for my previous AC unit install, which is why I hired them again. Installers were very courteous and did a good job. Only quibble is they spoke very little English which obviously makes it difficult to ask questions and communicate during the installation. Overall A+ is a very good outfit and I can highly recommend them for your AC needs.

Electrical, Ceiling Fan Service
Price was reasonable. Office staff was friendly and called prior to appointment as a reminder and after service was performed to make sure I was satisfied. The technician, Kevin, was very knowledgeable and solved the outlet problem that a previous electrician had wired incorrectly. The ceiling fan had a bad receiver which he quickly diagnosed and replaced. Everything works. I will call A+ Energy Mgmt for any future problems.

Chris came out yesterday and tackled the wood rot task first. He was very methodical and did a superb job. When he finished replacing the rotted boards he did the caulking. Once that was completed, Chris took to the border trim project which has been on my back burner for a couple of years already. I followed up behind him to do some caulking and painted primer on the new boards from the wood rot project, which he finished earlier. The people at this company were really a joy to work with - from the field staff to the scheduling at the office. My experience was a very positive one and I can wholeheartedly recommend them.
