I had immediate response to my request for an estimate both from office staff and field staff. My questions were answered and the work was completed within a couple of days. The tree work was neat and efficient and the workers cleaned up thoroughly. The only evidence that they had been there was the evidence of on the trees where branches were cut.

The crew showed up on time, three men in the trees and one or two shredding the falling branches. Two and half hours later, the crew was done, the yard and street were clean and I was happy.

They were wonderful! I thought the price was in line with what we paid several years ago, they were really nice and cleaned up beautifully. Everything went exactly the way it was supposed to.

I got quotes from Treetop and another local Angie's List company. I had used Treetop twice before and their price was much lower than the other company. Called them one day-Mike quoted the job same afternoon. I booked the job the next day and they scheduled me out about a week. They came on time and completed all work the same day.

I was anxious about getting a good tree service. I had learned from experience that once a bad job is done, it is usually permanent. I got four bids and thought theirs the most fair. Also, I appreciated Mike Green's frank advice about whether to remove a crepe myrtle and could see his point immediately. I wanted the trees taken care of before they lost their leaves and time was of the essence. They came out in two days. They came on time! Juan came to the door and communicated with me on every aspect of the job. I really appreciated and agreed with his recommendations. I never met the gentleman who was up in the trees, but he did an excellent, excellent job. They shredded everything, raked and left the yard in pristine condition. They were here and gone in three hours. Unfortunately, they were gone before I realized it and I was unable to thank them personally for the terrific work they did. I hope the company will do it for me. I was elated, as was my husband, with everything.

I could not ask for a better job! They were very careful not to drop any limbs on my house or the neighbors house or the fence. They left the yard cleaner than it was before they started. Their price was somewhat more than some others but I believed their equipment and experience would be worth it, and it was.

Mike Green and his crew came when they said they would. They cut down the tree, ground it up and disposed of it. They raked up after they were through and left us some nice size logs for the fireplace this winter. They said they would be finished in less than 3 hours but I was doubtful. They finished in the time they said.

We are pleased with the overall work. They were out promptly to give an estimate and were able to schedule the work quickly once we decided to use them. They arrived on time. Estimated to be about a 3 hour job but they were out there all day and didn't slack off on the job. We chose them based on their Angie's List rating and the fact that they had the best estimate. They did a great job on the trees and I would say that tree service is their strength. We had a few issues with the landscape work but nothing major and nothing to offset the good price that we feel we got on this job. Landscape issues: (1) they were to "remove" several bushes - We assumed this meant dig up but they just chopped them off at the ground (2) got a little carried away while trimming one bush. Like I said, these issues are fairly minor to us because we feel like we got a good deal on the price. The guys worked hard and the trees look awesome. We would definitely use them again for tree service. Depending on price, we would probably use a dedicated landscape company for future landscape issues.

They did it very quickly, they didn't make a mess and they didn't make a mess. We are going to have them back to plant two trees at our house in the future

They were great. They came when they said they would, they did exactly what they promised and I would definitely call them again.

Mark Green came out and gave us an estimate. His crew arrived on specified date. (They even tried to call us on the previous day to say they had a cancellation, but could not reach us.) They did all the work in record time and cleaned up the yard (and street) beautifully. We were very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

Made an appointment for Mark to come by but he never showed up, did not return my call when he did not show up and have never heard from him as to why he did not show up.

Guys did a good job, showed up on day designated, worked well, didn't mind questions from me and answered my questions without a smirk. (I am a woman and often I get rolled eyes and disgusted looks when asking a question). I was very pleased with their work and will hire them again if needed.

I now have a tree service I can depend on for all future jobs.

I was really impressed by how efficiently the team performed all necessary actions to complete this job. I was also very pleased with how clean the left my yard. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

They showed up promptly to give us the quote. Walked around the yard while I showed them what I needed. Their representative (Mike Green) also gave us suggestions for what would be best for our treasured trees. They called the day before to confirm that they'd be here next day. They called on that morning to tell us what time they'd be coming. They called to tell me when the truck started for us, in order to give us a 30 minute "heads up". They showed up precisely on schedule. The foreman walked all through the job with me to insure that he fully understood exactly what I wanted. Asked if I'd be available when they were through to insure that I'd be satisfied. Went to work immediately; did the entire job in 3 hours (incredible). Walked the job with me to insure that all was as I wanted it. It was. Cut larger limbs up for firewood, no charge. Offered the chippings for mulch. Did thorough job of pressure fertilizing. Left me happy!

Submitted email for estimate took week to call they said their email was down. When Mike the estimator came out walked around and explained what they would do and how much it would cost, quote was higher than another company I had contacted but they matched the other quote. Scheduled the work a week in advance. Crew was great it was entertaining to watch them climb the trees. They did a great job trimming the trees and always asked me if I was satisfied before moving on to the next tree. It was nice to see people enjoying what they do and they were very good at it.

I was very pleased with both the initial response and with the work done. I submitted a request for a quote via email and received a call the next day to schedule a time for someone to come and give me a quote. After that we received a certificate of insurance in the mail. When the work was scheduled they arrived on time. The crew did an excellent job of both trimming the trees and cleaning up after they were through. The chipper that they brought with them to use to grind up the branches was not as loud as others I've heard, too. I was very pleased overall with the work they did.

They were prompt and polite and I would definitely use them again. They cleaned up after themselves well.

I was very pleased with this company. It was easy to make an appointment. They actually came a day early due to an opening in schedule. The work they performed was great and the cleanup was even better. They were also careful with my flower bed under the tree they trimmed extensively. They were polite and did a great job. I would use them again. Their prices were the same or better than 3 other Tree companies I checked.
