Susan's Pool Care

Reggie came out to the house to un-winterize my pool equipment two weeks after he was supposed to have properly winterize it during a freeze. When I noticed a crack near the pool heater and asked him questions about it, he seemed annoyed and was not able to articulate an assessment. He just kept saying I did not do that or I do not work with heaters. Short, clipped answers while folding his arms in an indignant demeanor. When I said I assumed that having 13 years in the business, you would be able to tell me what the problem is. He walked off saying I aint doing this. I said OK see you around No you will not he replied OK, leave my property please He said You invited me to your property! I said And now I am inviting you to leave At this point both of us were getting heated. He then walked away and said F***** white boy I replied that he was a racist and unprofessional, and then we began to sling insults at each other. He then walked out to the street and invited me out there for a fight. I do not write reviews, but this monstrous behavior had to be documented. I only dealt with Susan on the phone and she seems nice, but her husband Reggie is a man who obviously has deep-seated disdain for certain groups of people, and he acted out with complete unprofessionalism and lack of articulation, turning to insults instead of actual results.

Susan's Pool Care - The name is a little confusing since Reggie is the hard worker while Susan is the eye candy. But more than that, I asked Reggie on day 1 to teach me about my pool... which was no easy task. There's a lot to learn and I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer. But he always made time to answer my questions. With pool care you get what you pay for. You can find cheaper but you can't find better than Susan's Pool Care.

We have been through several pool services in the last 5 years. This pool service is the best. They always contact me if there is a problem or if they are unable to come due to the weather. Susan and Reggie are very reliable. They do and excellent job of cleaning the pool. No excuses, no nonsense. Very professional. Highly recommended and we have older pool equipment that seems to have been a problem for some of the other pool companies.

Susan and Reggie have become part of our family. They do an amazing job taking care of our pool, and the pool has never looked better.

They are not dependable or professional at all. We had settled at $150 but then she called and asked for $200, I said no that is not what we agreed on.
