"This work was done in 2012, not 2013 as indicated by the member. It was an 8 hour wallpaper removal job. I really can't understand why these almost 2 year old reviews are being sent in now. They aren't relevant to my company's performance today and I can't figure out why anyone would wait 20 months to write a review, good bad or indifferent. What am I missing? Mark"
"Work was done 2 years ago. Never heard 1 word from customer until now. We stand behind our work and would remedy any problem if given the opportunity. This was 3 hours of drywall work which probably wasn't enough time for the repairs this member details Mark"
Stained our shutters, we have a extended roof line for our two story house but they were able to get to everything and did an excellant job.
Would use them again if necessary.
"I have this member a deeply discounted bid for 2000+- labor only to paint her outside, remove wallpaper from a large kitchen , texture prime and paint then paint several other rooms and some trim. She called several days later and said she was buying one of the coupons for 40 hours and expected us to finish all the work I had bid on. I told her that we would not be able to get all the work done which which was detailed in my bid. It was not humanly possible. She informed me that she was a realtor and knew exactly how long the work would take --2 hours for wallpaper removal, 15 hours to paint an outside, etc. This was obviously not going to end well I'm afraid this member is not a good fit for our company Mark"
Painted area was more than and quot;big dealand quot; covered so I had to pay the difference, but pricing was
reasonable. They replaced a couple of wooden boards around windows and caulked holes in the sidings too.
There were couple of and quot;hiccupsand quot; with the scheduling and we had to reschedule couple of times
due to the bad weather.
Painters showed up on time and fully prepared, they finished job on time ( two days)
and left yard clean as it was before.
Quality of work - very good.
I am satisfied with the the quality of the work and the company overall.
