Went through two different girls before I canceled. Usually they were on time, and I was always pleased with the work that did get done. However even though I would pay for four hours they would only stay four hours the first couple times and then it would decrease to 3.5 hours and sometimes 3 hours- especially if I wasn't there. When the first girl quit, I was disturbed that I didn't get a phone call to let me know I'd have a new stranger in my home the following week as I'm not always there to let them in. When it happened the second time with the next girl, I canceled my service. The work was always done to satisfaction but the scheduling and communication were lacking. The staff that came were usually unhappy with their employer and seemed frustrated and that was probably leading to the high turnover that I was seeing although they assured me they have employees happily engaged for over 25 years- I just didn't get paired with them. Rising fuel costs were not accounted for with increasing rates and the impact I guess was passed to the employee- I would have understood a surcharge or other increase due to the mileage they have to drive for each job so I feel that was a little unfair. The provider did try to schedule someone new for the next week or transfer me to another office but I didn't pursue that option. Overall the work was great but service was a little flaky.

The first people that came out did an average job, not paying special attention to the floors, which I asked for specifically. The next person sent out was great but had some issues with transportation, so the next time they sent out a third person. She is great! She cleans really well, is nice and friendly, takes suggestions well and works hard the whole time she is at my house. She has been cleaning my home every other week for 4 months and she is quickly becoming an integral part of keeping my household running smoothly.

She was a little late, but stayed over the exact amount of time she was late. We had an issue with the vacuum. I did like her, she worked very hard. She's honest as well. I know I can trust her.

My appointment was for 8 am. I received a call at 5 or 10 minutes prior to 8 informing me that one of the cleaners was stuck in traffic and she would be at least 30 minutes late and the second cleaner was having car trouble and wouldn't be able to come at all. Jennifer stated they were in the process of trying to find another cleaner that could come to my home. Below are a few of the issues that I encountered with the cleaning of my home: The bathroom mirrors were not cleaned. They were not even attempted to be cleaned because they are still dusty. Bathroom sinks not cleaned well. Specifically, the stopper was not wiped clean and they are still water rings all around the knobs. Back of toilets not wiped down or dusted off. Did not vacuum or mop large walk-in pantry. Cleaner not cleaned off of stove top. Stove hood not dusted. Refrigerator water tray not cleaned. Inside of refrigerator not wiped out. This was on my list and I specifically went over the list with Carol.

Fantastic! Crystal did a wonderful job- very efficient, very pleasant.

The will do what ever you want them to do, fold clothes, they organized my pantry, and they organized my child's closet. Cost is per 4 hour of cleaning. If they come 15 minutes late they will stay 15 minutes later. You get your full four hours.
