Sean was wonderful to work with. He was very flexible and was willing to come to my house at times that were convenient for me. When he arrived before I did, he waited for me. Having a slab leak was very stressful. Sean made things bearable by helping us to get the water supply turned off and get the water cleaned up and the drying process started even before the plumber fixed the problem. He also contacted the insurance company for me and arranged for a furniture mover to dismantle and move a huge entertainment center that I was afraid to touch. In addition, he recommended someone who could put back and stretch my carpeting. Sean basically held my hand through the whole process. I would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to others.

Sean was so wonderful from start to finish with our leaking window in our four story townhome dilemma! I am so glad we found him! He was on the ball, very attentive, friendly, and mindful of protecting our home from further damage. In moving our couch he was careful to ask if there was felt on the bottom to not scratch the floors. He was helpful with knowledge and sharing things that we didn’t know due to our inexperience with water damage. Highly recommend him, would be the first to call if ever needed again and will definitely keep him programmed in our phone- THE guy to call when you have a water damage emergency!

Sean came right on time for the appointment. Had all of the necessary equipment to clean up water damage, to dry framing of rooms affected, to pull up glued down solid hardwood floor, and cleaned up afterwards. I am going to hire this company to do the remodel of the affected rooms also. Sean was very knowledgeable in the repairs that needed to get done. And he was very punctual. Highly recommend Restore-Aid Restoration for water damage and repairs.

We had a week of heavy rain that led to some minor water seepage into my formal living area, due to some faulty drainage outside of the house. Sean showed up hours after I contacted him and worked quickly and efficiently to pull away the carpet, remove water damaged trim, drywall and carpet padding and place fans and a humidifier to dry up the area. He checks in regularly and picked up the equipment immediately after the area was dry, cleaning up afterwards. Very professional, prompt and efficient. Highly recommend!!!
