"We have 7 different service request for your location ranging from September 2016 to January 25 2017. During this period it looks as though we have actually made on location with the customer twice, once an estimate for some repairs, once for minor service and then the other 5 have been 2 cancellations on same day by the customer and 3 times we arrived as scheduled and unable to reach anyone on location while we were on location. To our knowledge there has been no request for any warranty work. If there in fact is some work that is not performing properly you may contact me directly at 817-992-9041 and I assure you it will be taken care of but we must please coordinate timing so we don't arrive to empty location for a 4th time."
