Please Read Before You Do Any Business With This Fraudulent Company: This company has created a business out of scamming their customers. They try to show up and establish themselves as experts to then give you some overly complicated justification on why you need the repair which is always a $300-750 bill every single time they show up irregardless of the issue without actually fixing anything. They came to our house not one time, not two times, but EIGHT times in the span of 2 months charging us $1,500 to "fix" an ice maker and a drain tube on our refridgerator only to then say that the repair didn't work and that there was a new issue every time they showed up that if we just paid another $350-$650 it would fix the problem. Our $3,000 refridgerator worked perfectly fine outside of the ice maker and some condensation in the freezer (drain tube), which we could've lived perfectly fine with. After the first time they showed up and "repaired" it the entire refridgerator was completely broken. Not only was the problem not fixed but it wouldn't even hold temperature anymore and they said it would be another $1,500 to fix the problem. If they would be upfront about the situation we would've just bought a new refridgerator. Now here we are having paid them $1,500 to uproot our life for 2 months and destroy our property and what makes matters worse is their owner Max Allen denies any responsibility and said he doesn't care that they destroyed our property nor that he will make any effort to reimburse us for our losses or help fix the problem they caused. These people would be fine putting you on the street if it means they can make a few bucks. Stay away from this company at all costs.

Very well. Tech was polite and professional. Cheaper solution came out after asking several questions but he was honest about what was needed (after the questions). So always asks lots of questions to save some money.

The tech was great. He checked it out and quickly saw there was a screw that was protruding and didn't allow the door to close and make the connection to begin the wash cycle. Simple problem but I missed it when I was checking it out. No additional charges, just the regular service call charge and a little egg on my face. JM

I like that they texted me with info & photo of the man when he was on his way. I can’t say if price was okay or not. It was expensive. No one else returned my calls so nothing to compare it to. The prompt & efficient service made the price acceptable to me.

Repairman came out and I should have followed my first thoughts after he gave me that weak *** hand shake like he didn’t want to touch my hand, but I let him analyze and diagnose anyway, and declined when he gave me a ridiculous price! I paid the service call fee, so basically I still got screwed. I then hired Sears for $270 less than they tried to charge me, for the exact same diagnosis. I would not recommend, nor use again!!

After looking at the dryer for approximately 15-20 minutes, the technician said I needed new rollers, belt and idler pulley (since they come as a set). He proceeded to say it would be over $500, which was a shock. There was no way I was going to spend that kind of money without further investigation. So, I told the tech that we would not be proceeding, and their service call was still almost $100. I promptly called another company, and they quoted me $300. They even said $500 was ridiculous. I would have been swindled.

Simplest possible problem requiring a new part on a washing machine. These guys have to order all parts which means two service calls required for every issue requiring a part. On site a TOTAL of an hour for diagnosis and the trip back for repair. Grossly overcharged for the part ($50) for a part Amazon would send for $8.00 including shipping. So they charged me $100 to come out diagnose and order part, $50 for a $8.00 item and $100 to come back out and plug it in.

I called late in the day and they state someone could come promptly. Prior to agreeing to have them come I clearly explained that I did not have the model number and that t he refrigerator was at least 18 years old; would that prevent them from fixing the fridge as they charge $89.95 just to come to your house, I was told most likely not as they carried a variety of relays. The repairmen arrived promptly and agreed that the problem was the relay switch from my description as the compressor had stared working again. After about 8 minutes he stated that if I did not find the exact model number they would not be able to repair the fridge and He needed the service call payment of $89.95. When asked if they had a way to figure out the model number. He replied quickly with a no. Once I paid him he did tell me that if I could find out the model number they would apply the service fee to the cost of the repair. I asked what the cost of the repair would be and he stated $400 plus the cost of the part. That fee was $200 more that I actually paid for the repair.

When I called Mr. Appliance requesting help, I asked for someone knowledgeable with my LG dishwasher. They sent a person out and when they got here, they had to call LG support to find out what might be wrong with it. Then the technician said that he needs to replace the entire front door because of a deteriorated door seal and said the cost would be $475. We declined his diagnosis, paid the service call fee of $89 and he left. The following day, I pulled it out and looked at it myself and did not see anything wrong and I put it back in and the dishwasher began working fine and it has been working fine now 2 weeks later without any problems. The technician sent out by Mr. Appliance did not find any deteriorating door seal, he was just guessing as to what was wrong because he didn't appear to be familiar with this dishwasher. I never plan to call Mr. Appliance back.
