Larry and Butch were terrific to work with. They restored the grout in my shower/tub area and it looks great. Plus they are very nice and professional folks. And they gave me a fair price. I recommend them for this type of job.

Larry and his team are the absolute best of the best! He has now helped us with three different projects in our home including remodeling one bath and creating an entirely new one as well as contributing to our kitchen remodel. Our home is over 100 years old and full of all the quirks that come with it that can create challenges like walls that are not plumb! We have so appreciated Larry's thoroughness, attention to detail, and commitment to getting things completely right. I trust him completely and know that he is going to make sure I love the end result. I don't usually write reviews, but I am overdue to recognize his expertise. 10 stars!

We experienced some water leakage in our primary bathroom due to poor construction of the shower. Larry checked it out, gave us a couple of options and we decided to have the shower floor torn out and reconstructed. Butch came in a timely manner (very punctual) each day and did excellent work while he was here. Larry was able to stop almost daily and in the end, they finished the job well! We would highly recommend Masterpiece Tile & Grout because of their friendly, professional manner and the quality of work done for a fair price.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! Larry and his amazing tile man, Jose, came to my rescue when several large 12 by 24-inch tiles became loose on my shower wall. First, I contacted my original contractor who ignored my calls, texts, and emails. Meanwhile, I only had two spare tiles, and the pattern was discontinued. Jose was able to remove six tiles without breaking any. When the tiles were removed it was obvious why they had become loose, not enough adhesive was originally used. After three days of work, Jose was able to lay the tiles correctly and repair other areas of the shower wall that he could. Then more grout was added along with a sealant to keep out moisture. Jose found and repaired more loose tiles than we originally noticed. Larry was so great, even though more tiles were repaired than were mentioned on the original bid, he didn’t charge any extra. He and Jose didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond what was needed to get the job done right. I’m so grateful for this company! After my experience with my previous contractor, I’ve learned that it can be hard to find a business owner who is honest and trustworthy. Larry Bushner is someone I would trust to do the job right. I wish I could give this company 10 stars, they’re the best!

If I could give more than 5 starts I would. Larry and Butch went above and beyond when putting down Onyx Travertine Stone on my 13 X 12 back patio floor. Pricing provided includes all materials and labor. They worked with me every step of the way from helping me understand the pros & cons various options of stone, underlayment, mortars, grout and sealers available, proper surface preparation, water proofing and crack resistant underlayment, proper leveling & grading for drainage, and sealing. They take their time and do a great job....especially finishing details. They are priced fairly for the quality of work they deliver. Masterpiece Tile & Grout will be a tile guys from now on. I already have two project targeted for them.....my front entry porch and my master bath shower. I could say much more, but I want these guys available for me....LOL.

We just had the grout in our bathrooms cleaned and stained/sealed with Masterpiece Tile and Grout. We are extremely pleased with all aspects of the work. We contracted with Masterpiece Tile & Grout to refurbish our shower, install a new double-sink counter top, hang 2 new mirrors, install a new light fixture over the sinks, install a new toilet, and install new flooring in the shower room and and sink area. We also wanted that wonderful 70’s wallpaper removed, popcorn removed, and everything textured and painted. To us, it seemed like quite a project. Larry put us in contact with Augie for the painter’s tasks and then Larry and Jose handled everything else. The painter was an excellent recommendation and Larry and Jose really came through with their part. They were pleasant to work with and their competence & craftsmanship really showed through - so much so that we had them install new flooring in the main bedroom as well (not part of the original plan). We like the results! We plan to have Masterpiece Tile and Grout install new flooring in our office area when the budget allows. We are very happy with Larry’s efforts and their results. We think you will be, too.

Larry with Masterpiece Tile and Grout came highly recommended from a neighbor when we needed major repairs to the tile in our kitchen floor. Larry and Jose did an excellent job and exceeded our expectations. A month later we discovered our bathroom shower would need a major renovation, and we did not hesitate to call Masterpiece. Larry immediately came out to view the situation and gave us expert advice as to how to proceed. The work was completed to the highest standard, and the finished job was better than new. All this at a very reasonable cost. Masterpiece Tile and Grout is definitely 5 stars!

Larry and his hard worker Butch redid our walk-in shower. They completely cleaned all of the tile and grout. Then they repaired the grout, colored it, and sealed it. They put a non-slip liquid application which has markedly improved the security we feel while showering. A long grab bar was installed, which is quite useful in providing a safer shower. Two grab bars were installed in our upstairs bathroom to add security for our guests. Butch was very careful as he worked and made sure he kept the work area and our home very clean. We are extremely pleased with, and highly recommend Masterpiece & Grout for any issues you have with your tile, showers, tubs and bathrooms. Absolutely none better.

Masterpiece has handled three separate projects for us and the team has done an excellent job each time. Larry has tons of experience, always suggests the best way to get the job done, and prices things reasonably. He and the rest of his team have great attention to detail—everything has come out looking better than expected and we’ve come away highly satisfied with each project. Larry will answer your questions and make sure you understand what he is doing and why it needs to be done. He always thinks of details we would’ve missed. Five stars and I’d give him and the rest of the team six if I could.

Masterpiece tile did a fantastic job of cleaning our old tile and laying new grout. The non slip application on the floor tile was a great improvement. They were prompt and efficient and the shower looks brand new.

Masterpiece Tile of Arlington Texas replaced tile around my shower’s new center handle faucet, using the same excellent technique as was originally used in my 1953 house, producing a sound seamless excellent match. Yea Butch - you are a master tile setter. Butch also did a painstaking detailed perfect job regrouting and sealing the walls of my shower, that now looks better than new. i will gladly do more business with this hometown old fashioned personable and expert company. Wow! Love this company. My master bath turned out fabulous and my husband just loves the new shower with a tile bench and no lip for him to get in to the shower. Not only was the workmanship awesome, but Larry, the owner, was constantly arriving to check on the progress and to give me advice. I have never had any construction where the owner/manager was so hands-on! Would not hesitate to recommend him or hire him again.

12 years ago we used Masterpiece Tile & Grout to remodel a master bathroom. Wisely, we used them again now to remodel a second bathroom. Larry is a seasoned pro. His vast knowledge of remodeling makes your job go smoothly. Jose is a craftsman. He is the Michaelangelo of tile layers. We have had the best experience with Masterpiece Tile and Grout. They are the best in this business! We had our shower redone and it looks brand new! Larry and Jose are very meticulous and professional. They also replaced the broken tiles on our floor and we couldn’t be happier. The last company we hired broke a whole box of tiles, didn’t do them correctly and Larry and Jose did not break ONE. Their work is beautiful!!!! We cannot wait to use them again and will recommend them highly to our friends and family.

I can't say enough good things about Masterpiece Tile and Grout. I called Larry about refurbishing an 8 year-old shower. He responded quickly by looking at the shower, providing a bid, and scheduling my work. Jose' did an excellent job cleaning/disinfecting the shower, repairing/replacing any damaged grout, coloring/waterproofing all grout for a consistent color, and applying caulk around the seams. Larry and Jose' did the work on time and on budget, and kept me abreast of the status of their work. I highly recommend this company!
