"As you can see we did NO work for this customer. He has a concrete tile roof and our Tile specialist, Greg went out to inspect. He returned with the report that the homeowner wanted a bid for a new roof so therefore there seems to have been communication. Don't quite understand what the confusion is. We DO get our roofing right. Some people just want to find something to complain about."
"First, we do not cut corners to save money. We have been in business for 30 years and would not have survived that long cutting corners intentionally. Regarding the vent, the material order was one vent short and when the crew installed the vents they left the one old one since they did not have a new one to install. Once we were aware of the situation we sent someone out to install the new one. Regarding the gutters, gutters were not part of the scope of work. There were communication issues but once we figured out what the problem was our sales manager came out and sealed an area that was causing a bit of dripping over door. We are sorry [member name removed] was not happy with our services but for him to paint us with such a broad brush is offensive."
Joe Hall roofing has proved to me beyond any doubt that they are honest and will not try to take advantage of you just to earn a buck. If you ask for their opinion on any roofing issue you?ll get a straight forward, truthful bid even if it amounts to less than $200.
I?m a REALTOR ® thus, over the years I?ve encountered multiple roofing scenarios. I?ve called Joe Hall, among others for a few second opinions. Halls seemed always to be less drastic than that of their competitors. Recent, HUGE example: I was bidding on an investment property in N Arl. last Sept. 2012. The seller provided me with 2 roofing bids for replacing the hail damaged roof. Both bids were over $11,000. I called Joe Hall for a 2nd opinion. Keep in mind; they knew we expected to buy a whole new roof. Turns out the roof only need about $300 worth of repairs. .. Wow.
I?ve since used them to replace the roof on my mom?s house and to do some minor repairs on another property. The crew was quick, professional and left the site very clean. They now are officially my: go to roofing company.
BTW: they have a showroom with all kinds of roofing if you actually want to see what you are purchasing first.
"We went out and inspected and reported back that there was no damage. Again, this person indicated that we had done work and we did not do anything but to provide a FREE inspection."
"NO WORK was done for this customer because an estimate was sent to her by email on 11/29/12 and we have had no response. The sub contractor DID come out and the repairs were detailed in the estimate. The "poorly" gentleman that came out is in his early 40s and hardly "poorly". To repeat, the member indicated that work was completed and that is NOT the case; NO work was done."
