They were friendly and professional. They had been here before so they knew the problem we had. They repaired the problem and were here about an hour. I would recommend J Rowe Plumbers anytime especially if all the plumbers who work for them are as knowledgeable and professional as these two guys.

The plumber was very considerate and professional. He repaired my master sink faucet and it didn't take any time at all. My water pressure in the house is very low so they also checked that and told me what to do. I would recommend them to anyone.

Repairman showed up on time Saturday. After discussing whether to repair or replace the toilet we decided to replace. Repairman said he would return Monday afternoon to install new toilet. We made sure someone was home all day. It’s now 6:30 on Monday and no one came or called.

They didn't do any work. They just just came in and looked and said they couldn't do anything. There was a $35 service charge. They came right out.

Went well and got a great deal of suggestions. Ended up doing the job myself.

They were very courteous, patient, knowledgeable and on time. They cleaned up after they finished each area and wore foot protectors in the house.

Courteous and was scheduled quickly, but showed up 45 min late to start the job. After work was complete, there was some trash left in the yard and nails on the sidewalk. They were supposed to come back the next day to fill the holes after the city inspected the work, but they didn't show up. I called and they came out the following day. Found cheaper quotes elsewhere, but needed the job done quickly.

The job was suppose to be a 2 day, which turned into close to a wk. Stayed home all day and the workers didn't show until the evening. They hit my water line and the city had to come out to turn off the water. Then they said that if the water line breaks again. I would have to pay. Now we are here in the year 2016 and I now have to pay another 2,000 to repair the same leak that was repaired on 2014.

Chad was terrific. They completed the work quickly. Ernie's Plumbing gave me an estimate of $3300 to $3600. James Rowe plumbing completed the job for $1875. I was very happy that I got a second estimate from them. I will use them again, in the future.

Fantastic. While one was installing the water heater, the other came in to look at the garbage disposal. He discovered that there was nothing wrong with my garbage disposal, and both men redid the plumbing as it was leaking and per one "we are not going to leave it like that for you." I offered to pay and they refused. Not only did they redo the plumbing pipes, they clean up so well, and I could not be more pleased. They even told me that if I needed the water heat turned up, they would come back. In today's world where customer service appears to be going South, this company continues to exceed my expectations. I first used them for an outside leak, and due to the professionalism and performance of the crew, I called them again and was not disappointed. I'm sorry I did not get the two men's names, but they were fantastic.

Exceptional service all around. They said they could come out in the afternoon. They called back in the afternoon and indicated exactly when they would arrive. James and Stephen came in and quickly diagnosed the most likely problem, a jammed heat trap on the cold side. They were very efficient and professional while fixing the problem. Very pleased with the service. They also provided a quote to replace the tank in the future should the need arise. My first time using James Rowe Plumbing, but will definitely use again.
