I can not stress enough how POOR a job Housecheck does. VERY BAD company IMO. They missed obvious Termite damage. Offered a refund with a signed legal release but then refused to complete the refund after the release was signed. I will NEVER use Housecheck again.

First, I emailed on a Monday afternoon and received a call shortly after and had an appointment that Wednesday. I didn't think it would be possible to get an appointment on such short notice but they made it work! Second, Kent is awesome! I showed up towards the end of the inspection and he was friendly and professional. Upon completion of the inspection Kent walked me through the house and showed me anything of concern or in need or correction and pictures if it was of something on the roof for example. He also pointed out anything that might be aesthetically displeasing which I really appreciated. Third, Kent actually corrected me when I gave him too much money because I had read the price wrong. Not a lot of people are that honest! Lastly, the inspection happened on Wednesday late afternoon and I had a clear, detailed report that showed up Thursday at 7AM. The turn around time is incredible. Honest, professional and knowledgeable, I would definitely use Kent for any future home inspection needs. Thank you Kent!

Kent was very responsive via email, and he called to discuss details. During the inspection, he let me know about various things that are unique to landlords, which was very helpful. It turns out we use the same structural engineer, which made me even more comfortable with him. He provided a detailed report very quickly, and he was available and willing to answer questions I had about it.

The inspection itself was very thorough and he took plenty of time to go over his findings until I fully understood everything including what was a priority and what wasn't.

Rick redid his schedule to do my windows as my hubby passed away and I wanted clean windows when family and friends arrived after the service. It was so nice to have shiny, clean windows to make me feel good for guests at a very sad difficult time. I appreciated his understanding and compassion and going above and beyond what he needed to do.

Kent showed up early and on a Sunday for our inspection. I explained to his assistant Diana that I had a short time frame for this inspection and was having trouble finding someone that was available. After a short time I received the answer that Kent would come out on his off day, Sunday, to do the inspection and would also drive out of his normal service area for us as well. I was very impressed by his level of customer service even before the inspection! He impressed me with his punctuality and he did not mind that my wife and infant son were measuring and looking over our future home. Kent was very nice and explained everything in his report to me in detail and went over a lot of different things while specifically pointing out things that he saw. I will definitely recommend Kent to my friends and family as I found the quality of his service exceptional and professional.

Kent was very professional and thorough. He was on time and completed the job in the amount of time he estimated. He even went above and beyond by repairing some items himself (because my husband is a disabled veteran). We couldn't have ask for a better company to do this job. Green Tag Inspection was amazing. He went over very inch of a potential investment property and explained each area in depth. He also recapped the most important issues he found with the house and explained why they were issues. It was extremely easy to set up the appointment. I moved the property address at the last moment and Green Tag Inspections was extremely flexible. He was punctual, professional and extremely thorough. Kent arrived early and was working when I arrived. He was very thorough and patient with my questions. He made suggestions regarding not only repairs needed but also excellent advise about maintenance of the property should we end up buying the house. His reporting is accurate and easy to read with descriptions and pictures to back up the issues. His summary page of issues really helped us to decide what we will ask to be repaired. Highly recommended!

I had an inspection done on my parents home. Kent was the inspector. He did a great job inspecting the home from top to bottom and was very friendly and professional. I was more impressed with the final report. It came the next day following the inspection and was very thorough. I would definitely use this service again. Oh yeah and Diana has awesome people skills, she scheduled the appointment. Great customer service!!!

Arrived early and stayed until the home and termite inspections were done thoroughly. Was patient enough to address my questions and concerns throughout the inspections. Would recommend to folks and friends.

He came exactly on time even with all the traffic and all the way from Fort Worth.  He started the inspection immediately.  I think it took about 3 hours.  Kent is a funny guy so seemed like the time flied by.  
I followed him everywhere he went (except the roof. scared of heights) and I asked questions from a sheet I had which he politely answered.    
My wife didn't want to hire an inspector due to cost but she is glad we did.  The builders are already working on the issues presented in the report.  Thanks Kent!!

Kent was absolutely great to work with.  I was a little disappointed when I arrived and discovered that he had arrived early and nearly completed the inspection already, as I had wanted to be there to go through everything with him.  However, he made up for it by walking me through everything.  He then answered all my questions and looked at some other things I asked about.  He went beyond expectations and provided a very thorough inspection and report.  I would absolutely recommend Green Tag.
