THIS COMPANY WORKED WITH ME ON A REPLACEMENT DISPOSAL. THE FIRST ONE THEY PUT IN DID NOT WORK OUT. I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER, ERNIE, TO LET HIM KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, HE IMMEDIATELY TOOK CARE OF HAVING AN UPGRADED DISPOSAL INSTALLED AND THE GENTLEMEN THAT INSTALLED IT, EMPLOYEE #136, WAS SO PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND PROMPT. NICE COMPANY TO WORK WITH OVERALL.

THE PLUMBER CAME IN AND DID THE MINIMUM HE COULD DO, AND 5 MONTHS LATER WE WERE STOPPED UP AGAIN. THE REPLACED HOT WATER FAUCET DIDNT CORRECT THE PROBLEM AND THE PLUMBER DIDNT HAVE ANY OTHER IDEAS OF WHAT TO DO.
