Great! We came home from a walk last night to water running down the street due to a broken water pipe. It was too late to call a plumber, so we just turned the water off. I called Ernie's as soon as they opened this morning. Brian was here within an hour. Within three hours, the pipe was fixed and we were back in service. Brian had to dig up some of the grass to get to the pipe. We were very impressed with the care he took to put it back. You can hardly tell it was disturbed. We would definitely use Ernie's again.

We contacted them on Wednesday. They called and stated that they could not get service for us until Thursday, but would be here between 1 and 5. At 3:45 on Thursday afternoon, they called to tell us that they were too busy and would have to reschedule us for the following Tuesday (5 days later for a clogged main sewer line??). Don't count on this company to take care of business as promised.

I have an old house and they have situations that can be difficult. They had to crawl into the crawl space. He had to go above and beyond to get in extremely cramped place. He saved me from trashing the whole gas system and water heater. He also made sure the heater taht goes to my air conditioning system was fixed. He was incredibly good at what he did. I cant explain the kind of sacrifice to get that done. They did it for a price less then their competitors.

The technician Jason came arrived promptly as scheduled. Jason looked professional and looked at my shut-off valve and informed me that it was not a difficult job. Provided me with an estimate which was much better than the company I called that provided an estimate over the phone. Jason also looked at the internal guts of the toilet and recommended that I replaced it as well. I declined the service since I was going to attempt the repair myself. I was able to replace the shut-off valve and components in the tank. If I had run into any issues I would not have hesitated to call Ernie's Plumbing again to perform the work. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs. Thank you Ernie's for your honest , professional service. Special thanks to Jason for his knowledge and help. Keep up the good work.

Great! Prompt response when called for estimate. Sent someone out the same day and performed the install the same day. Very thorough to make sure everything was working correctly before he left. Craig was professional, friendly, and efficient.

They are good, but a little pricey. They were right on time and we had no issues with them. The faucets were working good once they left. They were professional and efficient. The tech had all his tools with him and did not have to make a lot of trips to the truck.

I called Ernie's plumbing last night because of a clogged drain on what I thought was from my A/C unit. Brian came out and within minutes determined that it was caused from the drain under my bathroom sink. He fixed it quickly and replaced a valve on a leaky toilet. $340 was a bit expensive. But I was super impressed with how quickly they came out and fixed the problem. This would be impressive in itself. But to get this done on Memorial Day, and be back to relaxing by 10:30am was awesome!!

The plumber quickly found the problem. It was the reset button. He did not charge me for the call. However, I asked if he could drain the water heater and clean the filter while he was there and he did. Very courteous and helpful. I have used Ernie's Plumbing twice now and I have never received better service in my life. I will be recommending Ernie's to everyone.

Called first thing in the morning on a Monday, and received service around 1:30. Josh was very professional in explaining exactly what potential costs we might be looking at upfront. Once service was agreed to, the job was complete within the hour. After clearing the drain through the cleanout valve, Josh ran the camera down the line and showed me the clear pipes. Everything was put back as it was (even remembered to shut my gate when leaving), and the price was reasonable for the work performed. We will certainly use Ernie's again in the future.

It was okay. They were supposed to come out on Friday late afternoon, but the plumber got tied up on the previous call; I understand that, it's tough to know just how long a job will last. They rescheduled me for Monday morning, but apparently first thing Monday morning is 9:15 and not 8. Plumber had to run to Home Depot (just down the street) for the part and then about 5 minutes to change it out. So it was $242 for an $18.50 part and 5 minutes of work. The guy did a good job and was nice, but the price was high for what the job was. I may use them again, but I'd probably look around first.

The issue is not with the work, and we requested that the technician replace the valve as well as the supply line, which was done. We also do not have a problem with the serviceman who showed up, who was courteous and performed the work. The issue is with scheduling and dispatch. We scheduled a call for a four hour window, between 11 AM and 3 PM, but I was advised that the schedule was light, and that the plumber would arrive in the early part of the window. At 1 o'clock, I called to inquire whether we would soon see the plumber, and was told "he is still on another job". This continued until I received a call after 3:00, advising that our technician was still unable to leave a prior job. I called back an hour later, and was again told that the technician was on the prior job, that he was in Frisco, nearby, and should finish soon. When I was finally called that the technician was on his way, it was nearly 5 PM. He arrived 20 minutes later, and explained that he had just been called, had not been working in Frisco, and that the dispatch system works in a way where any available plumber could be sent to any job when they were free. Essentially, I was lied to all day long. Don't use this plumber.

"Wow! You make it sound as if we had a plumber just sitting around all day and then all of a sudden we elected to call him and send him out to you. LOL......It's amazing how people such as yourself can put a spin on a story. Now, let me explain what really transpired. I (the owner) personally assign jobs to each of my plumbers every morning. I get up at four am each day in order to do so. I assign them to their jobs for the following reasons; 1) They type of job in accordance with their experience 2) The location of the job within the proximity of where they will be at. And THAT is how they get scheduled. However, and this is a HUGE however!!! If and when a plumber gets stuck longer than expected on their job (which is precisely what happened to my plumber that was in Frisco) then if another one of my plumbers becomes available earlier than expected, then we will send him. Which is the reason he explained that he had just been called and had not come from a job in Frisco. Hence, no you were not lied too. And I am not replying to you in any form of an apology. I am just explaining to everyone else that will be reading YOUR lies on what truly had transpired."

Your man did a superb job. Our tub faucet had a leak and dripping water inside of the wall. All the pipes were from the original build of the house and needed replacing. I thought it would be a huge project to fix. Turns out, he knew immediately how to perform the repair, he was prepared, efficient, and the end result looked incredible.

Ernie's Plumbing called to let me know their plumber was available early. He showed up on time. He concluded my A/C line drain was tapped into my sink drain (no longer allowed by code) and that it would be between $300-$400 to fix. Not in my budget. Service call charge? $0! That's right, no charge.

Horrible. The entire time was talking about how things needed to be done, dug up entire front lawn to find drain outs and they were in the back yard the entire time. With all the "little" things this cost entirely too much. Drains snaked and the pipe reconnected was $1900.00. I would just call a real plumber before using this "company". I wouldn't really call it a company as there is only one guy and he is always asking the client to help him.

Just one person to complete the job in one day and left the area very clean. They were up front and told me what needed to be done and did just that.
