"How strange that you would post this "review" 3 years after the job was completed. Especially when you liked us and our tech well enough to become Ben Society members, and have not called us once concerning any warranty issues on the work we did for you. If you have a concern or a question please call us. We always present the cost of the repair BEFORE starting any work, as was done for you, and you approved it. In fact, you approved it once by your initials before the work was started, once by your signature before the work was started, and once by signature after the work was completed, viewed by you, and approved by you. Then you paid us. Not once did you mention any issue with the work, the price, our tech, or anything else. In the years between then and now, you have never called in for any issue related to the work we did. In short, we came out, looked at your situation, presented you options that included the price, you chose the option you wanted at the price you agreed to before the job was started, and then said we did a great job when we were done, as indicated by your signature & payment. I am not sure why you rated us so low, nor why you waited 3 years to post a "review", but if you would like to call into the office, we would love to talk with you regarding any issue you may have. Until then, have a blessed and wonderful day!"

"We try really hard to never have reviews like this regarding pricing concerns. That is why we always present options that includes prices BEFORE we start any repair. We let you choose the option and price that best fits your needs. Once you choose the option for repair that you want, and agree to the price that is included in those options, we have you initial the work up. Then we write everything down on a service report, which includes the full scope of work and the price for the repair (the same as on the option sheet you initial), and have you sign it in order for us to begin the repair. After we are complete, we have you view and approve the work we have done, sign again that you do, and then pay us for the service. All this was done for you, the pricing was given up front and approved by you before the work was started, and you also agreed by signature to the work to be done and the price you would be charged, then you approved the work we did & paid us. Yet you rate us low in pricing? As for how long it took, we do not charge by part & labor. We are a flat rate pricing plumber - we charge by the job, not the hour, and this was also told to you upfront, on your call in as a matter of fact, and is the reason we do a thorough exam THEN present prices and options. If you would like to call us, we would love to speak with you about any concern you have, and you can call at any time. Thank you for your review!"
"Your water pressure was 130psi, and you had a slab leak that would require the toilets being pulled to tie them back in to the repair/replacement we recommended. That high of a pressure reading indicates that you need a pressure reducing valve. The slab leak repair would have fixed all the issues in your house, not just the one that was leaking, and needed to be done because of the pressure on all the plumbing in your home. pressure is not good for plumbing. The only thing that was not "firm" about our pricing was the condition of the flanges for the toilets - we had no way of knowing if they were good or bad, but still gave you a prices for both options. A FIRM price, in writing, before any work was done. You wanted to talk to your insurance company to find out what they would cover. For the price you paid, I assume you had their plumber come out, make a spot repair, not replace the PRV, and because you think that is similar to what we were offering, you feel ripped off. Far from true. We gave you an option for the spot repair that was comparable to what you had done (in price also), and an option to replace that would have solved all your issues (even the ones you couldn't see yet). I I am wrong, and you had a plumber that installed a PRV, replaced your entire line, and warrantied it for as long as we would have, then please have him call me because he probably needs a job since his business has failed due to underpricing jobs. We did a fair job for you, doing exactly what we said we would do, for a fair price, and we presented everything to you before any work was started. Do you really think your rating was fair? You didn't even bother to rate on anything but price, but didn't compare fairly to see if the price was too high. Shame on you. I hope you get a PRV added to your home soon, because that high of a pressure is causing problems with all of your plumbing. Those issues, when they surface, will cost more than a spot repair, and could have been avoided by having this work done. I am sorry you see no value in this, but I assure you, you will soon enough. I sincerely hope you have a blessed and wonderful day!"
"After we spoke with you regarding your assessment of our service, you told us that you did not believe our diagnosis to be correct. When we followed up with you, it was determined that the other plumber you called out told you the same thing we did, but had a lower price. However, they also had a warranty that was nowhere near as good or long as ours, and in the absence of value all that remains is price. I am sorry that professional work, done by a plumbing professional, with an outstanding warranty has no value to you, and I hope you are happy with your cheaper repair. Just remember, you get what you pay for."
"You called us out, we came as promised, and on time. The water damage you had was extensive enough that we recommended a tile man & an abatement company to come out before the proper diagnosis and repair could be made. When you had insurance questions, we sent another tech who was able to diagnose the cause of the problem, and you declined the repair. The only charge to you was for one service fee to cover the after hours emergency call. How is it fair to rate us like this when the facts do not support your assertions? Please call in to the office if you have any questions, and we will be happy to discuss the matter in person with you. Until then, I hope you have a wonderful & blessed day!"
