We were very pleased with ALL-PRO FLOORS and Mr. Phil Davis who worked with us from our product selection, diagraming and measurements through completion of the project. Additionally Mr. Davis coordinated the work to begin during a time in which we would be away from the property. The product installation went as planned over several days and we were kept informed with status updates as the job progressed. The crew was very professional in their appearance, courteous and focused on the job at hand. Upon completing the job we discovered a piece of wood trim was too short and Mr. Davis, whom we found to be the consummate professional, contacted the supplier immediately and we received the replacement and it was installed within the time frame set forth by Mr. Davis. My wife who can be quite fussy and particular was very impressed with the clean-up performed by the crew upon completion of the project. All-in-all, we were impressed with the quality of the work, the fairness of the price (we compared with several other vendors), the staff we came in contact with and most importantly the fresh-updated look our property received.

"[member name removed] I am very sorry and regretful we did not follow up after your e-mail request for an estimate. November 6th was the same day we were changing our internet server and unfortunately I'm afraid there may be more e-mails we didn't receive that day. I would love the opportunity to help you with your flooring needs but you may have already got them taken care of which is understandable. Sincerely, Geoff Brown"
Will recommend Wynemuh & All-Pro Floors again for any remodel. I had used All-Pro Floors to install wood throughout my house in 2010 & was pleased with their work so that is why I checked to see if they also did bathroom remodels.
Phil Davis was my sales rep and came out to our home. I had to reschedule with him once and he made that easy. He showed up 15 minutes early to the appointment. He told me I would have the quote the next day in my email and of course I did.
They have been prompt throughout the process and extremely professional not to mention that I got to use their Angie's List coupon for 15% off when I had my service done. I even shopped around and they had the best prices on my wood floors. They take credit cards too which made it easy. Overall I can't say enough about what a great experience all around this has been and I would strongly suggest anyone looking for a great honest flooring company to give them a call. I don't know the other sales guys there but I would definitely ask for Phil Davis if I were you.
We will be using them again in a couple of months when we redo all our carpets in our home. I am sure that will go smoothly as well. Bonus note is they have a great showroom too!!!
On July 12, 2013 at 12:14.37 PM - I placed an
order with Wynemah for Daltile and paid in full with my debit card in the
amount of $775.75.
·
On Saturday at 2:01 PM - I called her for an
explanation as to what I had purchased as the invoice she had given me was very
vague. She then told me I had made a mistake on the quantity and verbally said
it would be an additional +/- $140.00
·
On Sunday July 14th at 11:44 AM - I called and left her a message to cancel the order and credit my card as I was
unhappy with the vagueness of the invoice and the fact that I was not sure what
I was buying and even if it was the right product.
On Monday July 15 at 9:11AM - Wynemah called me at 9:11 AM to verify the cancellation and requested I call her. This I did at 2:22PM and she stated she needed my credit card information to issue the credit. This I gave her over the phone and expected her to complete the credit at that time.
On Thursday July 18 (today) at 9:14 AM I checked my bank account (I used
a debit card) and there was no credit for the sale. I called her about the
credit and she said I was rude to her and the credit had been completed and she
hung up on me. Our conversation on Monday was tense and I was rude then because
she would not let me finish speaking. Today, I simply asked why the card had
not been credited and she exploded.
After she hung up on me I filed two complaints; 1- BBB and 2 - Angies List. My card was credited 5 days later on the 23rd. In my opinion I would not have received the refund had I not filed the complaints. I can honestly state that had the lady not hung up on me on the 18th, I would not have filed any complaints at all. The owner may the nicest guy in the world - I don't know. The business may be the best in the area - I don't know. I do appreciate the full refund and wish them well.
"Mr. [member name removed], I am very sorry you were unhappy with the amount of time it took to refund your credit card. Every attempt was made to refund as quickly as possible. The additional product charge was for additional material. We make every attempt to be as accurate as possible on our quotes so there are never any surprises when materials come in or installation is complete. We wish you the very best on your flooring purchase and installation. - W.F."
Update: It has now been several weeks (Aug. 12). I still have big white strips of glue or sealant on my floor in five separate places, as well as several ripples and a ridiculously uneven edge at the doorway to the garage; I have called and emailed multiple times. They told me to use mineral spirits for the white residue, which did absolutely nothing. So take what the company said with a grain of salt; I do NOT love the new floors. And the people in the store, at least after the fact, have been unhelpful, at best. (Oh, and the installers apparently walked away with the shovel I keep on my patio. Nice.)
"We appreciate you saying the store experience was fine, unfortunately when doing an entire home in vinyl flooring we do run into some speed bumps. We will be the first to admit that most stated here are avoidable and have already been addressed. There is no excuse for showing up late to a job site without a phone call and we have addressed this situation. We apologize for the job stretching longer than expected but sometimes when taking up existing floors the prep will take longer than we originally expect. We appreciate your input and have already addressed the issues you described to insure they won't happen again. At the heart of the matter I am just happy to hear, after speaking to you, that you love your new floors! We do apologize for the trying process however."

hallway, entryway, living room, dining room, kitchen, and utility room. The
quality of the install was excellent. They even cut up under the fireplace
brick so that the flooring would run underneath. Little details like that went
a long way. They removed old flooring where needed. They were careful with
furniture and appliances that needed moving. We tried to pull up as much
flooring and carpeting as we could, along with removing as much furniture as
possible. I would suggest this because it helps with the price and the labor
time. What was also amazing was they got it all done in one day!
"Thank you so much (Member name removed) for your vote of confidence. We appreciate your business. Enjoy your new flooring."
"[member name removed]. I am truly sorry your shopping experience with us did not turn out to be as pleasing as you would like. You had come in during our three day private sale which took place between Thursday and Saturday. Twenty percent off is only good for those three days. She did ask you for $500.00. That is totally appropriate in that our sales staff is required to get a commitment from the customer before the three days are over in order to hold the twenty percent off. We do not allow them to offer the twenty percent off past Saturday. If we did, then the sale would lose credibility. This is not a typical sales practice, but is standard during our bi-annual private sale as we discount our prices much more than normal and do need commitment from the customer to take advantage of such a discount. Sincerely, Geoff Brown"
I found it to be a challenge to visualize what the flooring would look like once it was down - a sample looks quite different than a whole roomful, so I suggest you be very careful when making flooring choices. I do wish the saleslady had pointed out the repeat pattern to me and that it would be pretty obvious - perhaps she just assumed I was familiar enough with flooring to realize that. One other thing that I mentioned that I was trying to avoid was darkening the area. The salesperson said she did not think that the flooring I chose would do that - she was wrong - and so was I. At this point, I am very happy that the flooring is NOT carpet and NOT blue, but I'm not thrilled with my choice and feel that someone with more experience would have been able to point me towards a product I would be happier with. That being said, I do understand that given my budget, my options were somewhat limited, so I don't want to be too critical about a sale that may have been the best available given the money I had to spend.
