We were very pleased with ALL-PRO FLOORS and Mr. Phil Davis who worked with us from our product selection, diagraming and measurements through completion of the project. Additionally Mr. Davis coordinated the work to begin during a time in which we would be away from the property. The product installation went as planned over several days and we were kept informed with status updates as the job progressed. The crew was very professional in their appearance, courteous and focused on the job at hand. Upon completing the job we discovered a piece of wood trim was too short and Mr. Davis, whom we found to be the consummate professional, contacted the supplier immediately and we received the replacement and it was installed within the time frame set forth by Mr. Davis. My wife who can be quite fussy and particular was very impressed with the clean-up performed by the crew upon completion of the project. All-in-all, we were impressed with the quality of the work, the fairness of the price (we compared with several other vendors), the staff we came in contact with and most importantly the fresh-updated look our property received.

We were remodeling our guest rooms and bathrooms.  We had received several bids and the painter we chose recommended All Pro Floors.  I looked them up on Angie's List and saw they had excellent reviews.  We called and spoke to Wynemah and went in to discuss.  Wynemah took the square footage numbers from our other bids.  We picked out hardwood flooring, carpet and tile.  She worked up a bid and it was lower than the other bids we had received.  We explained that we were in a time crunch as we were having guests for Christmas.  She said they were very busy at this time of year, but they could meet our deadline. She came out the next day to take exact measurements and then sent us to the granite vendor to pick out the granite for the vanity tops.  The granite tops were installed in about a week and the tile installers were scheduled the following week.  The tile installers, Eric and Mike, showed up right on time and proceeded to do a tear our and retile the two showers along with tiling the floors and stone backsplash.  The tile was suppose to take a week, but we ran into a couple of delays.  One of the installers hurt his back (not on the job) and was out for several days.  That left Mike by himself which obviously was going to take longer.  Then we got hit with an ice storm that knocked out 3 days work.  During this time the carpet and hardwood installers came and laid the hardwood in two bedrooms and carpeted the hallway and stairs.  The tile took about two weeks to complete, but Mike stayed late and worked diligently the whole time.  Wynemah was in constant contact with us and addressed any concerns we had.  Even with all the delays, the tile was finished the day before the painters arrived.  Even though the delays were not the fault of the company, everyone was always positive and professional while doing the work.  We are very please with both the work and the outcome.  We would highly recommend All Pro Floors to anyone.

It was a very good experience.  The company was flexible in terms of scheduling the work and did a good job of completing the project within a very narrow timeframe.  Furthermore, the pricing was reasonable considering the unexpected repairs that were necessary.

We will absolutely use All-Pro Floors in the future, and would recommend them to friends and family. We had a very big job (in our minds) and All Pro actually finished ahead of schedule! We were very impressed with the progress that they made each day, and we felt extremely comfortable with their team in our home. The installation of our hardwood floors is flawless. A project like this generates a LOT of dust, but the team cleaned the floors very well before laying down rugs or moving furniture back. We received good communication from the project leader, so we knew what to expect, on which day, and what the plan was for each step. The sales team at All-Pro was also very helpful in helping us decide which flooring to use, what color, benefits and drawbacks...everything we'd need to make an informed decision. We now walk around our home in awe at our beautiful floors!

I had a water in my kitchen. I needed to replace my floors in the kitchen. we did start off with a few hick ups. However Geoff was great he was very professional about everything. I may have a little picky on how I wanted everything done. Geoff was very good. He listened to everything I asked. They had to redo certain areas but did it without any consequences to me. At this time I also decided to do the front entrance hall. Geoff was great to work. I will be using them to redo more of my house.

"[member name removed] I am very sorry and regretful we did not follow up after your e-mail request for an estimate. November 6th was the same day we were changing our internet server and unfortunately I'm afraid there may be more e-mails we didn't receive that day. I would love the opportunity to help you with your flooring needs but you may have already got them taken care of which is understandable. Sincerely, Geoff Brown"

We were very pleased with their work. They were very professional and timely, getting the job done within our tight timeframe. Stephen, at the Southlake location, came to the house and went over all the details of what they would be doing. He then provided a quote via email. Once hired, he provided me with a timeline for getting the job done. Poncho and his crew did the actual work. These guys were very friendly, trustworthy, and attentive, making sure I agreed with the stain color beforehand. Overall, All-Pro did a fantastic job. I will use them again when I'm ready to replace the carpet upstairs.

My wife and I reviewed numerous reports of various firms before deciding to visit All Pro's showroom in Arlington, Texas. We met with Geoff Brown and told him what we wanted to do. Goeff showed us various samples of flooring based on pictures we provided of existing hardwood flooring in our living room and entry way. Geoff recommended we take several samples to determine what might best match the hardwood flooring which leads to the master bedroom. There was no deposit required for the large samples. A couple of days later we called Geoff to arrange an estimate. He came the next day and was right on time. Geoff gave us an estimate which was below my best guess for the wood floors. Geoff said his he would check availability and arrange for a date for the installation. He called the next day and we agreed for installation about a couple of weeks later. A couple of days later Goeff called to say they could start the job earlier than originally thought which was great since we were expecting guests. The day before installation his team called to confirm their arrival time. The day of the installation they called to let me know they could start a little earlier if they could start a little earlier. The 3 man team arrived and started removing the furniture from the bedroom. They were very careful. They worked like beavers and only took a short lunch break. When they finished the installation, which was just about the time they said they would finish, they removed all of the old carpeting and padding along with the other items associated with the installation. They cleaned up the area, cleaned the new floors, replaced the furniture and even put sliders on the bottoms of the furniture. They were great. After finishing the installation they went right to the other two bed rooms to stretch the carpet. They had all of the proper equipment and completed the two bedrooms in about 30 minutes. It looked great when they finished.  Within a day or two Goeff called to ensure we were pleased with the hardwood floors and the installation. Goeff called again about 2 weeks later to be sure everything was satisfactory. Great follow up and customer service! He said if we ever have any problem to give him a call. If anyone is looking for flooring or new carpet I highly recommend you contact Geoff Brown at All Pro before making a final decision.

Wynemuh & her crew (Eric & Mike) did an awesome job! The colors Wynemuh selected to match my shower blended beautifully. Eric & Mike were meticulous with their work, were always on time, cleaned up daily & listened to all my questions as the job moved along. Most professional group. I received two other estimates & they were double what Wynemuh presented. Platinum Painting finished the job by painting my vanities, all baseboards & trim, two closet doors, two doors leading into the master bath & towel cabinet in my toilet area. Their work was also great!
Will recommend Wynemuh & All-Pro Floors again for any remodel. I had used All-Pro Floors to install wood throughout my house in 2010 & was pleased with their work so that is why I checked to see if they also did bathroom remodels.

So after searching Angie's List for a quality company and reading tons of reviews we settled on All Pro Floors out of Arlington, TX.  When I am looking at reviews if I see nothing but A's it makes me feel that the reviews could be fabricated so I like to check out the negative ones and see what problems they had and how they were resolved.  No company is perfect but it is how they handle the problems that separate the good from the bad.  The only negative thing I can say about this company is when I called the first time they had to have a salesperson call me back because they were so busy.  That's a very little negative since I received the phone call back just a short time later.  They are busy probably because they are the best.
Phil Davis was my sales rep and came out to our home.  I had to reschedule with him once and he made that easy.  He showed up 15 minutes early to the appointment.  He told me I would have the quote the next day in my email and of course I did.
They have been prompt throughout the process and extremely professional not to mention that I got to use their Angie's List coupon for 15% off when I had my service done.  I even shopped around and they had the best prices on my wood floors.  They take credit cards too which made it easy.  Overall I can't say enough about what a great experience all around this has been and I would strongly suggest anyone looking for a great honest flooring company to give them a call.  I don't know the other sales guys there but I would definitely ask for Phil Davis if I were you.
We will be using them again in a couple of months when we redo all our carpets in our home.  I am sure that will go smoothly as well.  Bonus note is they have a great showroom too!!!

·
On July 12, 2013 at 12:14.37 PM - I placed an
order with Wynemah for Daltile and paid in full with my debit card in the
amount of $775.75.
·
On Saturday at 2:01 PM - I called her for an
explanation as to what I had purchased as the invoice she had given me was very
vague. She then told me I had made a mistake on the quantity and verbally said
it would be an additional +/- $140.00
·
On Sunday July 14th at 11:44 AM - I called and left her a message to cancel the order and credit my card as I was
unhappy with the vagueness of the invoice and the fact that I was not sure what
I was buying and even if it was the right product.
On Monday July 15 at 9:11AM - Wynemah called me at 9:11 AM to verify the cancellation and requested I call her. This I did at 2:22PM and she stated she needed my credit card information to issue the credit. This I gave her over the phone and expected her to complete the credit at that time.
On Thursday July 18 (today)  at 9:14 AM I checked my bank account (I used
a debit card) and there was no credit for the sale. I called her about the
credit and she said I was rude to her and the credit had been completed and she
hung up on me. Our conversation on Monday was tense and I was rude then because
she would not let me finish speaking. Today, I simply asked why the card had
not been credited and she exploded.

After she hung up on me I filed two complaints; 1- BBB and 2 - Angies List. My card was credited 5 days later on the 23rd. In my opinion I would not have received the refund had I not filed the complaints. I can honestly state that had the lady not hung up on me on the 18th, I would not have filed any complaints at all. The owner may the nicest guy in the world - I don't know. The business may be the best in the area - I don't know. I do appreciate the full refund and wish them well.

Response from All-Pro Floors

"Mr. [member name removed], I am very sorry you were unhappy with the amount of time it took to refund your credit card. Every attempt was made to refund as quickly as possible. The additional product charge was for additional material. We make every attempt to be as accurate as possible on our quotes so there are never any surprises when materials come in or installation is complete. We wish you the very best on your flooring purchase and installation. - W.F."

The store experience was fine, but the installation was very trying. They sent three guys the first day, but they showed up late. Then they put my bed, mattress and all, outside - and tried to leave that night with the bed still out there. The guys spoke no English and had to get someone on the phone to translate. The other days, they sent only two guys, and instead of taking three days, it stretched into a fourth (with a Sunday off in between). They left glue in multiple spots on my floor, broke a toilet (which they fixed when I insisted), and ripples in several places (some of which they fixed). They also broke my alarm system. When I tried to call the salesman who had arranged everything, I had to call several times; they told me he'd call back in two hours, and six hours later, I still hadn't heard anything. I also never knew when they'd show up; if they said they'd be there at 10, they showed up at 9, but when they said they'd be there around 9 or 9:30, they showed up at 11. I would only recommend this company to someone planning to install the floor themselves.

Update: It has now been several weeks (Aug. 12). I still have big white strips of glue or sealant on my floor in five separate places, as well as several ripples and a ridiculously uneven edge at the doorway to the garage; I have called and emailed multiple times. They told me to use mineral spirits for the white residue, which did absolutely nothing. So take what the company said with a grain of salt; I do NOT love the new floors. And the people in the store, at least after the fact, have been unhelpful, at best. (Oh, and the installers apparently walked away with the shovel I keep on my patio. Nice.)
Response from All-Pro Floors

"We appreciate you saying the store experience was fine, unfortunately when doing an entire home in vinyl flooring we do run into some speed bumps. We will be the first to admit that most stated here are avoidable and have already been addressed. There is no excuse for showing up late to a job site without a phone call and we have addressed this situation. We apologize for the job stretching longer than expected but sometimes when taking up existing floors the prep will take longer than we originally expect. We appreciate your input and have already addressed the issues you described to insure they won't happen again. At the heart of the matter I am just happy to hear, after speaking to you, that you love your new floors! We do apologize for the trying process however."

Perfect. Provided a great quote, arrived on time and the floor looks great. The existing tile is 25 years old, we added a room and worried about matching the tile. I found perhaps the last lot of the same tile left on the planet via the internet and All Pro' s installation and grout matching brought the two adjacent portions together seamlessly and it all looks as if it was laid together, Great job. The 1000 sqft was spread over five rooms downstairs: bathroom,
hallway, entryway, living room, dining room, kitchen, and utility room. The
quality of the install was excellent. They even cut up under the fireplace
brick so that the flooring would run underneath. Little details like that went
a long way. They removed old flooring where needed. They were careful with
furniture and appliances that needed moving. We tried to pull up as much
flooring and carpeting as we could, along with removing as much furniture as
possible. I would suggest this because it helps with the price and the labor
time. What was also amazing was they got it all done in one day!

I purchase an Angie's List deal for this provider for 5 rooms of carpet for $89.  We decided to add on a few extra areas.  Corey was prompt and very professional.  He worked hard and did a great job on the carpets.  The whole process took less time than I thought it would; Corey was very efficient.  When finished the carpets looked and smelled great!

I contacted All Pro on a Friday.  They were having a 20% discount that was expiring that day.  Wynema came out and did a great job of measuring and gave me a quote at that time.  Then she proceeded to tell me I had to make a decision right then and give her $500 dollars to set the deal.  I told her I didn't do business that way.  I needed to get more estimates.  The next Monday I noticed that there was a 15% discount for Angie's members.  I called and spoke with Wynema again and asked her to rework her quote to reflect the 15% discount.  She assured me she would.  It has now been a week and I have heard nothing from her.  I will not be contacting  All Pro again.  In this economy you would think they would be eager to get business.  I have mentioned the high handed and pressure treatment I received from her to my friends, and now I am notifying others here in this venue.
Response from All-Pro Floors

"[member name removed]. I am truly sorry your shopping experience with us did not turn out to be as pleasing as you would like. You had come in during our three day private sale which took place between Thursday and Saturday. Twenty percent off is only good for those three days. She did ask you for $500.00. That is totally appropriate in that our sales staff is required to get a commitment from the customer before the three days are over in order to hold the twenty percent off. We do not allow them to offer the twenty percent off past Saturday. If we did, then the sale would lose credibility. This is not a typical sales practice, but is standard during our bi-annual private sale as we discount our prices much more than normal and do need commitment from the customer to take advantage of such a discount. Sincerely, Geoff Brown"

Considering the challenge, the overall installation went beautifully.  This is an old house and the dining room was part of an amateurish add-on, so there is a slope in the floor, thus limiting the type of flooring I could choose.  The installer was a master - I was amazed that there were no seams from the door of the kitchen, through the dining area and to the back door.  They did allow me to purchase the HardyBacker myself, thus saving myself some money (I do NOT recommend this unless you have a strong back and a truck!).  I also purchased, stained and installed the shoe moulding myself.  The actual amount paid to All Pro Floors was about $1700 and the rest of the $2000 price quoted was for the HardyBacker and shoe moulding, stain, etc.
I found it to be a challenge to visualize what the flooring would look like once it was down - a sample looks quite different than a whole roomful, so I suggest you be very careful when making flooring choices.  I do wish the saleslady had pointed out the repeat pattern to me and that it would be pretty obvious - perhaps she just assumed I was familiar enough with flooring to realize that.  One other thing that I mentioned that I was trying to avoid was darkening the area.  The salesperson said she did not think that the flooring I chose would do that - she was wrong - and so was I.  At this point, I am very happy that the flooring is NOT carpet and NOT blue, but I'm not thrilled with my choice and feel that someone with more experience would have been able to point me towards a product I would be happier with.  That being said, I do understand that given my budget, my options were somewhat limited, so I don't want to be too critical about a sale that may have been the best available given the money I had to spend.
