Very punctual and professional. He even cleaned up and packed away all the old fixtures in the new boxes ready for the trash. I will be having them back to perform some additional work in the future. I would recommend Martin Electrical.

The service man was helpful and kind and repaired the switch quickly. He also helped check light fixtures that was clicking on an off.

The electrician installed a plug in a room that did not have one and "shortened" a light hanging from a ceiling. He arrived at the scheduled time and was efficient in doing the work. The areas were very neat and clean when he left.

I have four coach lights in front of my home, to light the circle driveway. The old electric eyes had stopped working and needed to be replaced. The electrician analyzed the problem and went to purchase the necessary parts to complete the job. The installation has worked beautifully since he installed it. They honored the time/discount posted on Angie's List plus the parts and labor.

I asked for an appointment to have electrical work done on a Tuesday with a guaranteed response per Angie's list of a response in 48 hrs. They e-mailed me and said they couldn't come that week. I responded that any day the next week would be fine, but the appointment was never made. I didn't realize when I accepted the deal on Angie's list that my credit card would be charged BEFORE ANY WORK WAS DONE or I would have NEVER EVER accepted the deal for obvious reasons.....the service provider has no incentive to show up if he is paid prior to work done! I feel like I was ripped off!

We called you that friday with no response. It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. The ceiling fan turned out to be broken but the work that the guy did was perfectly acceptable. It was not their fault that the fan was problematic. Their communication was not as quick as it could have been. It took about 2 1/2 weeks from the time I purchased the deal until we were able to find a time. We scheduled a time and then they had to cancel. I probably wouldn't use any electrical contractor for a similar job.

Jarad arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. I told him that I wanted an outlet installed in my attic on a new 20 amp circuit. This would require running a new circuit from the electrical panel to the new outlet. I then left Jarad to do the work. Within a few minutes, he determined that there would be some complications with installing a new circuit in the panel and he showed me what they were. Essentially, a new panel circuit would have required cutting into the sheetrock in a couple of places near the panel. I told him that I didn't want to do that so he suggested that he could tie in to an existing 20 amp low usage circuit and I approved of that approach. He located a 20 amp circuit that did not show to have any usage and connected into that. He then ran the wire to the new outlet box in the attic. My new electrical outlet works fine and I am pleased with the work.

I really enjoyed working with Garrett, the owner. He was knowlegeable, efficient--even helped me hang a picture! He uses flat rate pricing versus an hourly rate. This means if you have a surpirising difficult house, you come out ahead, but if your home is newer construction, you probably pay more. After seeing the time he actually spent on my project, I think I paid a good 30% too much. It pains me to say this, because I would love to use him in the future and would be happy to recommend his services. But you are paying an upcharge for his professionalism and good work.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. I needed some extra work done when he was here so I paid an additional $150. He was very nice. When we could get our schedules together, he got the job done immediately. I didn't check around for prices. Overall the experience was good.

- Electrician came and installed the Intel i touch key pads -- wired them properly -- I love these fans however you really need an electrician that knows how to wire these specific key pads otherwise power will be knocked out and the circuit breaker will trip -- these guys know how to wire them expertly.

Happy with the work overall. He came in about 30 minutes late, but since he had a long drive and this was peak traffic time, this is probably okay. Also, he called me to let me know he was running late. Was helpful and did the work well. He seemed somewhat rushed towards the end, probably because he was running late for his next appointment. Quality of work was good.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out fine. This was the frist time that we used them. They weren't particularly bad, and I don't think I would use them again, or recommend them to someone else. Maybe is was just the service purchased, but the guy showed up at at our house (inaudible 01:30 - 01:37) and when he got there, he had leave to go get the parts to do what we needed to do. It would have been better, if we would have talked about that before they showed up. He almost seemed surprised that there was anything to do. They didn't seem eager to do it. They weren't helpful. They did a good job, they were right on time and they were there for as long as they were supposed to be there, so that was good.

The job went very well. I bought the coupon on Angie's List and Garrett contacted me soon after to schedule an appointment. Garrett arrived on time and we went over the work to be done. Garrett made some recommendations which helped to lower the cost of the job while still doing what I wanted. After, he went right to work and had the outlet installed shortly after. I can finally use my garage freezer without having to worry about it tripping the breaker. While in the garage, Garrett also saw that the electric feed to my water heater was coming undone so he also re-secured that too. He's very competent and I will definitely contact him again for other electrical issues.
