Description of Work: One of my heating units stopped working. Covington got it working, checked both units throughly, advised me what steps to take myself if it happened again. I engaged them on an annual contract to monitor both my 2 heaters and 2 AC units. The price for the service call was a $49 special. The contract is for about $200 if I remember right. Covington came promptly and on time and were very courteous.

 + -1 moreHe did very well, and really respectful. I called him later in the day, and he was there by 5 and came back the next morning to finish. He layed down mats during the rain so there was no mud getting on the carpet.

Provider was very knowledgable and didnt waste any time in performing troubleshooting and found our problem very quickly. Provider advised us a capacitor had gone out and needed to be replaced and also reccomended us to have a hard start put on our unit. Provider had all necassary parts on his truck and performed the above work at a very cost friendly price for such a late night callout. Provider asked if we had our A/C unit balanced, we advised him not to our knowledge he advised that it would help with the cooling of our house so we told him to balance our system to while he was here inwhich he did. Would highly reccomend this company and will use them for all future needs!

 + -1 moreI called several companies before contacting this company. This is the only one that was seemed concerned that I have a small child and no air conditioning in a Texas heat wave. He came out the very next morning at 8. He arrived on time. Went into the attic and out side. Instantly knew the unit outside was the issue. There was no second guessing he knows what he is doing and does it very well and professionally. He gave us several options in units for the home. We asked which one he recommend and he actually did not try to sell us the most expensive one. He was also courteous not to wake my napping toddler when he was checking the unit in the attic and the temperature it was running at. It only took about 2 1/2 hours to get everything running smoothly and our house cooling again. He also called about 2 weeks later just to see how everything was working. It is still working beautifully we are still nice and cool. I highly recommend . He is polite, respectful ,and very professional nothing more you can really ask for.
