Had two water leaks one under the water heater on the hot side and one under the kitchen. Thought it was going to be a slab job but they did some more investigation and found a better way to repair whith out busting up the floor and making me do tile work in the kitchen (thankfully!) They not only fixed the leaks the same day but also I couldn't tell anything was done in the house it was as clean as when I left it and they installed a pop up assembly that I had been working on for me !!!! (That's great service) The only problem was when I called and scheduled for them to come out the sales person did not show up that day and I had to call back to make another appointment luckily my wife works from home so it was no biggie But big thanks to Ken and Warren your amasing and if I need any more work done I will be more than glad to call yall back ! Great job guys !

Very fast and efficient. The wrong wiring had been installed and caused the element to burn out and burn the wiring which was a serious fire hazard. The plumber who replaced the element would not turn the electrical back on until an electrician had properly rewired the tank and the breaker box which I agreed needed to be done. At least they do work on mobile homes although they will not do the plumbing on them.

Did a good job

Plumber came by and installed my new water heater in about an hour and a half.  He also replaced the old water connectors.  I was pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of the plumber.  I will definitely use this service again if I need it.

Paul arrived at my house and diagnosed the problem as a bad regulator on the water heater. He gave me an approximate repair price and then asked when the water heater was installed. It has been almost 6 years to the day. He left, came back with the part and told me it would be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. My only charge was for his labor. I did not buy the water heater from Patrick's nor did they install the existing water heater. I was absolutely pleased and will use Patrick's for my future plumbing needs. This house is 65 years old so there will be plumbing needs in the future.

Came out and fixed it by snaking the drain and it has been working ever since.

This service didn't go well at all. He didn't want to be outside because it was a cold day and wouldn't dig up the wash line until it was warmer out. So the problem was not fixed while he was at my house and told me I would need to use the laundry mat till it was warmer and he could dig up the wash line. He didn't diagnose the problem at all. The drain field was what was actually clogged. So I paid 120$ for nothing to be done and was in the same spot before I had this company come out.

I have used Patrick Electric for heating and air conditioning problems as well as electrical work in the past many times and have been pleased each time I use them.  It was extremely cold outside and my heater was not working as well as it should.  First of all we replaced the filter and then Nathan went up to the attic and he immediately found that two of the ceramic ?? out of 4 were burnt out.  Can't remember the name of what he replaced.  He replaced them and now my heater works better than it has in years.  I have had cold air come out of the vent in my bedroom for years while the rest of the house was warm.  I have had alot of people looking at my heater and no one could tell me why this was happening.  Nathan went up and in two minutes found this problem and fixed it and now my heater works like it used to years ago.  I would highly recommend Nathan and Patrick Electric.
