Actually, we did not even get to see them, but we were pleased with the outcome. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I actually have used their service twice because they did my original and the first time they were wonderful and did an excellent work. The second time, they didn't use a right amount of stain because pretty quickly my fence started fading. They took care of my shrubbery really well while working. I have lots of landscaping and they didn't damage any of the landscape, which was very important to me. I would use their service in the future.

Although they were more expensive than other quotes we received, the quality of the work appears to be worth the extra money. Most of the fence was hand stained with brushes, minimizing the amount of overspray on plants, lawn, etc. They were extremely neat and professional - they had someone who spoke English as their primary language, which facilitated communications greatly. Several of my neighbors have recently gotten their fences stained by other competitors and I would say ours looks better than any of the others. They did miss on the stain color for the play set - it was supposed to be done in redwood color (fence is cedar tone) and we are working with them for an adjustment. All dealings on price and specs were done through Chuck (the owner) who has been great to work with.

Better price than other Angie's Listed companies (one was double). Like most of the other fence staining companies I've used over the last 15 years - they are not very careful, particularly when it comes to covering and protecting plants around the fence. Shrubs and plants less than 3 feet tall were stained too (even though they say they would cover all but grass). Left some stains on the sidewalk and clean out in flowerbeds. Fence staining job was pretty good and I was surprised and pleased that they quickly came out to recoat a section of the fence that was not as dark as other sections.

Perfect! They did the work (a few days early too boot!), cleaned up everything, left no mess whatsoever and provided a superior quality result. They covered the plants, the pool and ensured no stains were left anywhere on the property (except on the fence where it was supposed to be).

My original goal was to restain the fence not only so it was more attractive but to preserve the wood for continued years of life. I contacted several fence staining companies, to try to repair the damage from the previous work done. Chuck, owner of Premier Wood Care, sent someone from his company to look at the fence and they really thought at first that they could not fix this situation and that I was going to have to hire someone to powerwash the fence. I appreciated his honesty and suggestions on how to repair this fence, as some contractors will just let you pay them, knowing they cannot provide the results you are looking for. After a few more conversations with Chuck and the fact that I was able to find out which stain the previous contractor used, Chuck asked if he could send a crew over to "see" if he could possibly remove the black mildew that was already re-growing on the newly stained fence and even out the streaking/blotchy appearance. Keep in mind, I had not even hired his company yet, I had just obtained a quote. He was able to re-clean the fence and even out the blotchy appearance enought so that he feels certain when he restains it, that it will be even and unstreaked. He also is going to remove the oxidation that is on the metal poles. I sincerely appreciate the time he has spent, trying to help me rectify the damage the previous contractor did. Now that he has been able to prep the fence correctly (it looks 100% better already!), he will be restaining it within the next few weeks. This company went above and beyond, without even being officically hired yet. I am very much looking forward to the finished re-staining of my fence.

They were excellent. They were on time and if they were running behind because of rain or something they would call and let me know.

I emailed Chuck about my house and he called me back the next day. My house is at Cedar Creek lake approx. 1 1/2 hours away. Chuck drove down to give me an estimate the same day. Unfortunately, he felt that the house would be too difficult a job for him to do correctly. I think that most people would have simply bid on the job and did the best that they could. Chuck explained the difficulty in doing my house and told me who I neded to hire to do it correctly. He seemed to be a very honest and professional businessman and I would certainly contact him again.

I had three companies give me an estimate on the work I wanted done. The owner of Premier Wood Care came out for one of the estimates and we really liked him. When the worker came to do the work he was pretty good. He did a very good job about educating me on how I could preserve my fence longer. He was very willing to spend the time with the client and he wasn't pushy at all. He honored the estimate they had given me, too. They missed a few places here and there but they did a good job protecting the shrubs and plants while they worked. I was pleased with the work they did.

The crew was very professional and polite. They were very careful around our pool and did a great job cleaning up after the stain was applied. The crew completed the job about a week early for the price quoted in the original estimate. The stain/sealant they use has been rated as a top performer by the Texas A&M Forestry Service. The fence and deck, both about 10 years old, look brand new. I would definitely hire them again.

They came and powerwashed the deck/arbor on a Friday and applied the stain/seal on the following Wednesday. I would have preferred that the wash and seal be performed closer together, but there were some windy days in between that made it difficult to do that. So, unfortunately I had furniture and plants in my back yard for over a week while we waited for them to finish the process. The crew showed up late on Wednesday afternoon and finished in the dark. I also would have preferred the work be done earlier in the day. The chemical fumes from the stain/seal were so intense that we had to take our dogs and leave the house for several hours. I was never told to expect this or warned about it. The job was well done and the deck looks great, I just would have preferred that the process goes a little smoother than it did. Chuck is a nice guy and the foreman on the project was nice (can't remember his name) but some of the contractors were a little "leery."

They actually used clothes on all the areas that could not be covered by the broom. They were that thorough. They showed up on time and did a beautiful job. I would recommend them to people who want the job done right.

THE COMPANY OWNER, CHARLES TESKE, WAS THE PRIMARY CONTACT AND WAS RESPONSIVE AND VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH. THE MEN DOING THE WORK WERE THERE AS SCHEDULED, WORKED DILIGENTLY, NEATLY AND CLEANED UP THOROUGHLY. THEY USED A VERY GOOD QUALITY STAIN AND MATCHED THE EXISTING COLOR WELL. THE PRICE WAS LESS THAN I PAID TO ANOTHER COMPANY 5 YEARS AGO WHEN THE SHADE ARBOR WAS FIRST BUILT.
