Very pleased with our new ceilings. I only wish I would have had them do the other part of my house that was done during a previous remodel. Shawn came almost $300 cheaper than competitors and there was no drop in quality. I contacted Shawn and got a price. A week later, after receiving other quotes, I contacted him on a Friday to set up a time to complete the work. He had a crew out that Saturday and by Sunday afternoon they were cleaned up and gone. Much care was taken to minimize the mess. Highly recommend them for your popcorn ceiling needs. They also do all other aspects of remodeling. We will be calling when time comes for the next project.

They were hired at the very last minute. Shawn and his team were able to help me out and work me in and get my job done right on time as they said. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves and walked the property when I was done to make sure I was happy. Strongly recommend them.

We are working on a small area to fix and close to changing the work quality score once the area is complete. The customer service was excellent ( fast response ) and the owner takes great pride and brings passion in his work and customer satisfaction .

I contacted Popcorn Ceiling Removal Jax about having my ceiling replaced with knockdown ceiling texture. Shawn promptly came to my home, conducted an evaluation, promptly provided an estimate, and set a start date. The company's contractors started the project and completed it within 3 days. I am ecstatic about the outcome, with my ceilings being restored to a brand-new look with knockdown texture. Shawn came by and performed a walk- through at the conclusion of the project. I am quite pleased with the professionalism, fair dealing, and integrity of this remodeling company. My next project is to have the house interior walls repainted and all doors replaced. I plan to use the company for all major update work in the future.

I had popcorn removed and knock down put up along with some demo and door frame widening. Shawn was good with communication and coordination everything from start to finish and addressed every concern and question promptly. Tony, and his crew did a great job and proved their work to be quality first. Clean up and conclusion walk through ended with meeting and exceeding expectations. This company was nice to work with. Gave us a fair quote and showed up when promised. It's a quality job and I'll use them again. They also did some drywall replacement for me and that looks fabulous also.
