Mr. Duct Cleaner is a professional air duct and HVAC system cleaning company serving Collin County, Dallas, Fort Worth and surrounding areas. We clean your air ducts, furnace and coils, sanitize your system, clean your dryer vents, seal your ductwork to reduce air leakage, and sanitize your system. We only use our background checked, State of Texas registered technicians to clean your air duct systems. Because we are a licensed HVAC contractor, we can go above just cleaning ducts and clean your entire system, including the furnace/air handling unit. As always, Angie's List members are eligible for service discounts! We clean entire air duct systems to reduce allergens and dust in your home, clean out clogged dryer vents to reduce the chance of fire, and seal ductwork to reduce electric bills. Because of our quick response time, fair pricing and 100% guarantee on our work, we stay pretty busy. All of our pricing is agreed to up-front, before any work begins. All of our employees show up in uniform and drive our marked vehicles. We will treat you, your home and property with the respect and courtesy Angie's List members have come to expect from us. We are licensed with the State of Texas as an air conditioning contractor (TACLB00044880E), which allows us to clean your entire indoor and outdoor AC system as well as ducts. Also, we offer discounts of 10% to senior citizens, active or retired military, police, fire department and teachers. We also offer free antimicrobial treatment (sanitizing) to Angie's List members to reduce germs, mold, mildew and fungus with each air duct cleaning. .

I understood I was purchasing air duct cleaning. The small print on voucher said air duct sealing. The guy gave me a quote for $700 to clean air ducts. He would take the $125 but not double the value. He told me other companies were cheaper but not so good. I felt pressure by him and the cost was higher than other quotes we have had, so I would like a refund. That it is only valid for a specific service needs to be clearer.

"We have several Angie's List Store Front offers listed. They are each labeled with the service and the price for each. We arrived at the appointed time and covered the work to be completed. The homeowner said she had intended to purchase air duct cleaning. My crew leader then gave her pricing based on the same deals we have listed on Store Front and she declined. I can assure you there was no hard pressure selling from my crew leader. Our cost is actually below average for the industry, especially considering that we are licensed HVAC contractor and so many great reviews from satisfied Angie's List members. We explained that she could go in through her Angie's List account and request a refund. Receiving a "D" for giving an air duct cleaning estimate is pretty tough."

"Thanks for the work and the review! There was a manufacturer of flex duct in the late 1970's through the mid 1980s that did not carry a UV protective coating and the ducts are falling apart. Obviously not a good thing. When we see this type of duct, we evaluate if we can clean or if we should replace he duct. Usually it is a combination of the two. Glad we could help."

The two men came in and got right to work.  They did a super job.  I had two ducts too high for them to reach with the ladders they had, but they did the best they could to clean them.  The cleaned up after themselves and left. It was a good day's work!

"Thanks for the work! Even with the highest extension ladders some ducts are too high. What we did on this particular job and we should have pointed out, was that we cleaned those ducts from the attic down toward the vent cover. Really good technique for those extra high ceilings that are 20 foot plus."

A very good experience!  We bought house and wanted he ducts cleaned before moving in.  The crew arrived on time and they were very polite.  Benito educated me on some things to look out for in my AC unit and made it clear he wasn't up selling me for extra money., just educating me about cleaning the condensation drain pipe, the best air filters etc.    I found his info helpful.  They did the job in about 4 hours and left the house clean.  Very professional.

They were very polite. They put slippers on upon entering the home. They charged me a little bit more because I some extra ducts. The price change was minimal. They came right in and got to work. They cooperated and got it done quickly. I would use them again.

The communication was timely and accurate once I purchased the deal.  My air duct system is over 30 years old, and had never been cleaned.  The team came in and did an excellent job!! Very professional, like I said they were on time, and did the work they were supposed to do.
I'm not the most patient person in the world and believe I should get what I paid for.  Getting great customer service is at the top of my list, and I will scream the loudest when I don't get it. 
I was tired of trusting online reviews that may or may not be accurate.   This was my first time hiring anyone from Angie's list, and I must say, I am extremely please!!! I would definitely recommend North Texas Duct Cleaning and plan to use them from now on.
My house cools allot easier now, and the air is noticeably cleaner.    The service is worth the price and as I stated earlier, I intend to use North Texas Air Duct cleaning again and again!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was great. They did a terrific job and did everything I needed them to do. They were very meticulous with their work and when they left they made sure everything was all cleaned up spic and span and spotless. The lady who lived in my rental house had complained about mold on her ductwork because there was black stuff on the vents in the house. I went ahead and ordered the duct cleaning without doing a thorough inspection of my own. It turned out she had not changed her filter in a year. I had their technician write down on the ticket that the reason there was black stuff on the air duct vents was because the filter had not been changed. The price was very reasonable.

North Texas Duct Cleaning was a great experience from the first contact! They called me and set an appointment very promptly. The team arrived exactly on time, a second big plus. 
The team leader, Les, I believe, explained the cleaning process, length of time to complete the job and advised me on future cleaning schedules. He was very honest with me about whether or not I needed additional cleaning (which I did not). 
They completed the job on time and went over the process again. I had several vents that needed replaced and they were very helpful and explained why  they needed replacing. 
I will definitely use them again on my other rental properties; they have a customer in me, for life!

Good. Only thing to watch for is make sure they seal the ducts they open to so they can get their vacumn in. They left without properly sealing and so had to go in and seal myself.
