I called on a Saturday afternoon and Mike showed up about 20 minutes later. Really knowledgeable about my dryer not heating. I had previously had someone come out that charged me and then 2 days later it quit drying again. Mike explained to me why. And gave me a temporary solution until I can get someone to come clean out my vent that goes up to the roof. Definitely will call Mary’s again for future needs. Very nice and respectful. A+++

They actually repaired a circuit board! This was half as much as a new one. They were available when I needed, came on schedule, finished quickly.

I was told when setting up the appointment that they carry parts for all major dishwashers. The tech arrived on time but didn't have parts, and told me it would be 2-3 days before he got them (apparently ordering from the Sears website as that's what he showed me when quoting a price). He gave me a price with tax for the parts, a price for labor, then tried to add tax again to the total (after already adding it once to the parts). When I called him on it he immediately backed off and we agreed on a price. That should have been my warning to pay the trip charge and be done with him. He then shows up three days later without calling to set an appointment or to let me know the parts had arrived. Neither my wife or I are home and my daughter, thinking she was being helpful, let him in. He then expected payment for the work while he was there. My daughter panic called me and my wife, and my wife ended up coming home but didn't arrive until after he was gone. We eventually worked this out and he was paid. Now the dishwasher doesnt clean as well as it did before the repairs to the top spray arm and top rack rail mounts. The rail mounts also aren't sliding as well as I would hope, definitely not like they did when it was new, but the repair was effective enough that we could use the rack again. Overall a bad experience - he didn't have the parts needed on the first trip as I was told they would, he didn't call for a second appointment when the parts arrived - he just showed up - and now the dishwasher isn't really washing dishes. I'll probably end up getting a new one rather than risking another experience like this.
