On time and well done

There was basically nothing satisfactory about the experience. HK Pest Control was supposed to arrive between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. on May 26, 2017. However, the exterminator did not arrive on-time. When he did arrive, he did not come in a company vehicle or in a uniform, so there was no indication that he worked for HK Pest Control. My husband was even hesitant to allow him into our home. The exterminator then asked my husband where he could get some water so that he could mix his chemicals. I personally would have expected that he would arrive with the chemicals he needed ready and prepared for use. The exterminator proceeded to spray both the interior and exterior of the house. He DID NOT spread granules around the exterior perimeter of the house as listed in the deal. Also, he reported that he WAS NOT QUALIFIED to complete the termite inspection that was also part of the deal. He told my husband that someone would call on Monday or Tuesday and come out to do the termite inspection. We have neither received a call or a visit from anyone from the company to complete the termite inspection. This company was completely unprofessional and did not do what was stated in the deal. Furthermore, our indoor pest problem has not been resolved. We want nothing to do with this company again. I don't trust them to do a decent job, and I would be hesitant to trust whatever they report from a termite inspection. I would like a refund so that I can hire a different company to perform the pest control services.

Service was excellent - Jazz responded to phone call almost immediately. He promised to come by before noon and he was true to his word. He removed the dead critter and gave me an idea on what could be done to handle my rat infestation problem. Thank you very much!

That worked okay, but I had to pay extra. I had called in and tried to talk to someone. He said he would get back with me, but he never did. I have my credit card statements where I first charged the $315. Then when he came out he said I would still have to pay him $541. He told me it would be extra if I had more than three bedrooms. I told him my house is two baths, three bedrooms, living room and the kitchen. The spray for the bedbugs was just fine. My concern is why I had to pay extra. It was good. He came out here and told me that he would need to come out and take a look. Then he said he would come back out at 1 o'clock and we will get it done. He did what he said he would do. He did the work. The workers were just fine. I didn't have a problem with them at all.

Sprayed for ants, showed us where they were likely coming from, and steps to take to prevent them from coming back.

Very well...will hire again and recommend to others.

Jazz was very quick to return my call and was so helpful in explaining why the bugs were coming to my house. He was patient with all of my questions and went to work as soon as he heard about my problem. He was able to make time in his schedule to come service my home the same day I called and I haven't had any problems since then. I took his advice and invested in weatherstripping to help keep my home work and pest free.

Came and spared inside and out.

They came out when they said they would and closed up the hole where the raccoon had gained access. The problem was that even though they thought the raccoon was not in the attic at the time, it was and it made a huge noise while shredding the metal that was placed over the hole. They did do a return trip and placed several traps in the attic instead of just the one that had originally been placed. They said they would check the traps on Sunday but didn't hear from them. Realizing it was superbowl sunday I let that slide. Finally came Monday and had captured one in the attic and one in back yard.
The company was professional and I have yet to climb up in the second floor to see what the second hole patching looks like. Need to get a professional to restore that part of my house siding.
Here's my issue. I was in a time crunch and getting ready to leave the country when I realized there was an animal in my attic. Since I was going to be gone two weeks I felt this must be taken care of before I left. If I had had more time to negotiate or find another company I would have done that. My cost did include one year of follow (sure hope I don't need that but I do live on a creek) and a home spraying for insects...which I did not need nor will I use due to allergies.

We told them we were having problems with ants in the bathroom. he said he sprayed thoroughly in all wet arieas. The next day we had ants again. the person who came out was very nice. he did say they would send us a quote for items he suggested and made sure he had out email address. we never did get the quote.

He was knowledgeable and did the work as promised.
