All materials and labor are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of contract. Any manufacturer warranties that extend beyond one year will be available to you directly from the manufacturer. All work will be completed in compliance with industry standards and comply with federal, state and local codes where applicable. To the extent required by law, all work shall be performed by individuals who are duly licensed and authorized, by law, to perform said work.
