We are paying a monthly fee for the phone which is about $40 a month and I bought a case and a screen thing so I probably spent close to $100. They do a great job in store but if I have things go wrong, then I always have to have either one of my kids take care of my phone or I have to take a special trip to the store because I don't always understand things. The inconvenience of not being able to fix it right then and there and if I have to call them, it takes forever for them to go through everything and do everything, so for me I guess it's time consuming. The time allotment that goes along with it because it's not something that is always an easy fix. It's either I have to go in or if I'm talking to them then it's a while to do all that stuff, or it's the big time allotment there that's the key factor. The phones are good, it's just that when they are new because I got one of the new ones, there are always glitches.
