During bathroom remodel, they failed to cap and remove old hot water pipe and turn off valve. Area was then completely walled in. Of course, later, this valve started to leak requiring emergency repair, damage to drywall, high water bill, and mold in crawlspace. They did not offer compensation. Also during the project two people worked on site and spoke no English. Luckily there was another contractor on site that could translate. I would not recommend this company.

It was a service call type price. It's $125 per hour regardless of what they do. They were under an hour doing what I needed done.

These were all done well, except for the new shower fixture which has continued to leak.

Our ceiling in our guest bedroom was wet from a leak. We called Precision Plumbing around 12 p.m. asking them to come out the same day. They did. They were there at 1:50 and had the job done by 2:15. Both men were very nice and very knowledgeable. This is not the first time we've requested a same day appointment. On both occasions all employees from the receptionists to the plumbers have been very nice and punctual. We first chose to use them because their office is very close to our home, we used them a second time because the first experience was great. We will use them again if needed because twice they have not disappointed.

UPDATE: Precision Plumbing called me to apologize for this problem, and they returned the $50 payment I offered on the $180 bill. They said this experience is not representative of their history of excellent service. I choose to believe this is true.
The plumber arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem. He said he needed to replace a small internal part in my faucet. He returned another day and replaced the part, which changed nothing. He then said I would have to get a new faucet. A couple of weeks later, Precision Plumbing sent me a bill for $180. I responded with a letter stating that I would not pay the bill because nothing was fixed. You can judge for yourself whether that is a fair position to take. Should I pay just because he showed up and tried? Or should we expect some improvement in the situation before paying?
In the five weeks that have passed since I wrote, I expected some further communication from Precision, e.g., and quot;We are sorry, and we have now reversed the charge on your account. I hope you will do business with us again.and quot; Or, and quot;We really did put some effort into diagnosing the situation. We'll adjust the bill if you will pay half.and quot; Or even, and quot;Pay up, or we will sue!and quot;
I've heard nothing, so that relationship will be forever unsettled. To be clear, I don't represent this story as good or bad. It is simply my unsettled experience with Precision Plumbing. You may have a great experience...or not.

They were excellent. They were on time, I thought the price was fair and the individual that came knew how to take care of the problem. I think the customers who employ them should expect an estimate first, before they do the work, and then they would get a fair price. I think the work would be done to their satisfaction.

I recently had a home inspection done on my house, I called Precision and they had a tech come out within a couple of days after I called, the inspector found that a leak underneath one of my showers and a couple of toliets needed to be secured better to the floor along with loose pipes under a couple of sinks. The tech was very professional and neat, he cleaned up after he finished and did a great job. I would recommend Precision Plumbing to anybody and I will defenitely us Precision anytime I need a plumber.

My overall experience with Precision Plumbing was satisfactory. I liked that they were on time and professional. They were careful about not getting my residence dirty, too.
