Arthur originally gave me a quote for a tankless water heater on 6/25. I let him know I wanted it the following day. He ordered it and scheduled install upon receipt of heater on 7/9. He and his crew arrived on time and installed and tested the unit providing warranties for the original price. I contacted him again on 9/30 because I had a toilet leaking and to tell him I'd decided to run a direct hot water line to the kitchen sink which he had said would cost approximately $200. Arthur returned my call the first of the following week and scheduled his team for the following day. They called 45 minutes prior to arrival and completed all work in a couple of hours billing the original quoted price of $200.

I clearly love Arthur The Plumber. He comes on time. He does everything, that I ask him to and cleans up to the best that he can. I highly recommend Arthur for whatever needs to be done.
