Description of Work: Set up appointment to review roofing problem .Appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Snow dens never showed up. Did not reply to phone contact. Would not recommend.

Gary Snowden seems like a nice enough guy. He gave a good price on the estimate so I chose him to do the work. Unfortunately I got a bad crew and they had to come back multiple times to fix mistakes. It took 3 months to "complete" the job because they had to come back 4 times to correct issues that were done wrong the first time. I still don't think it was done correctly but so far I have not seen any leaks. I have had new roofs done on other houses since and did not use Snowden's again. I would not recommend Snowden's Roofing. Beware of the "5 year leak warranty". You don't get anything in writing so I don't know how you would actually enforce it. I was told that I would have to trust them. Anyway, I would not recommend them and I have not used them since this experience.
Description of Work: Installed new roof shingles and siding.
