AUSTIN VACUUM

Absolutely a horribly run company. Couldn't find email from parent company authorizing repair for two weeks, later unable to find vacuum and unable to search for it by repair ticket number. And when I finally picked up the repaired vacuum, it was badly scratched in several places. Went in looking brand new and I didn't recognize it when I picked it up since it was so beaten up. No apologies at all from the company. The owner needs to spend a little less time on his golf game and more time minding the business. Horrible service.

Austin Vacuum did VERY WELL. When I got there to pick up the now working unit, I mentioned that it had always been very noisy. They stopped and rechecked the unit, added cushioning for the roller and apologized for not noticing it. They only charged for the other repairs even though the roller cushioning required balance checking and about 15 minutes cushion work.

It was difficult to find a store that carried the particular part I was looking for, and ordering online from Hoover would have been an additional $15 in shipping, so I was very happy to find this store. They have pretty much every part you would ever need for a Hoover vacuum. The rep found the part I was looking for quickly and I paid and was on my way. I thought their prices for parts and vacuums were very reasonable.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. BOTH ARE WORKING PERFECTLY AND THE PRICE WAS GREAT TOO. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS ANY VACUUM REPAIR.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR REPAIRS AND FOR BUYING NEW VACUUM CLEANERS SINCE AROUND 1956. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN COURTEOUS AND THEIR REPAIR WORK IS GREAT.
