Marie has been absolutely wonderful. What a life saver for me. She is on time and works steadily the whole time. Some things are not put back exactly as they were but that is minor compared to all she is able to accomplish. By the time she was here for the first time I had not been able to clean for some time so she had a tough job ahead of her. Also Tracy responds quickly and is flexible with my ever-changing schedule. Highly recommend!

They did a good job. Forgot my half bath because it looks like a closet. I called them and they made it right. Looking forward to them coming a second time!

Great work, my only reason it's not a 5.0 is that a couple of things were left undone, such as sweeping under the couches and cleaning the fronts of kitchen cabinets. All in all, though, a great experience and I will call them again.

Professional, efficient. They try to work around my schedule. I can depend on them to show up on time, and are consistent.

They are a little higher priced than companies like Molly Maids, but they did a MUCH better job. Overall I am very happy with them.

There was a little confusion about the price when the girls got finished. However, they did a great job and it was worth every penny. They are very upbeat, courteous, and considerate. They work hard and made my house shine! I highly recommend Trinity and will use their service on a regular basis.

Very pleased with TCC service. The girls do an excellent job cleaning from top to bottom. They are very personable and considerate. Usually send the same crew each time. We have them clean the house every 2 weeks. Price is reasonable. Would recommend TCC to others.

The ladies went right to work and stayed busy the entire time they were here. My house looked so much better than it had before they came. While there are a few little things that I will talk with them about for their next visit, I was please with the overall result.

They were scheduled to arrive between 11 and 12; the owner called and asked to postpone arrival until between 1 and 2; they arrived at 2:45. At least one of the cleaning personnel reeked of cigarette smoke. They broke a custom bath mirror that is going to cost quite a bit to replace. They failed to do even basic cleaning like wiping off countertops. One of the main things I wanted done was wiping down baseboards, which was listed on the website as one of the areas included in cleaning. Not a single baseboard was wiped down. I saw one of the ladies spraying liquid cleaning solution directly into my microwave, where it ran into the cracks/crevices/vent holes; any trained cleaning person should know to spray cleaner only onto a cloth instead of directly into a microwave! The owner did contact me afterwards to tell me the "cleaning" would be free, which was laughable since they didn't clean hardly anything; they did a little vacuuming and I did see one lady cleaning my stove. The owner made excuses for the employees' tardiness and lack of effort in cleaning, saying among other things "our girls were in survival mode"...I don't even know what that means! I ended up having to do the cleaning myself after all, so basically all they did was come over and break my mirror. Beware.

They worked me in on the day that I needed (which happened to be a Friday). They communicated quickly and did a great job on a difficult project. I will definitely use their service again!
