Building Site Preparation and Clearing
I had two lots that needed to be cleared of concrete blocks and debris from the wildfires. Chris was very prompt in responding to my initial request. When we met at the sites he was very insightful and thorough as to how he would achieve what needed to be done. He is very conscientious on doing a good job and is a master on the excavator. The entire job was above my expectations including cleanup and not to mention a fair price. I would highly recommend.

See the Google review of this company for pictures of the project. These guys really helped me out of a jamb. I needed someone to tear down an existing garage quickly to meet the deadline for starting construction on a new one. Not only did they beat the original quote i had from someone else (without knowing what that figure was), they also fit me in their schedule within a few days and completed the job in a single day. The original contractor quoted a 3 to 4 day job. I dont even think they took a lunch break. Last but not least, they did top notch work. I will be calling Rocky Top Services for future projects.

WE ARE "VERY PLEASED" WITH CHRIS AND THE JOB HE DID REMOVING "3 BIG TREES". HE ARRIVED ON TIME... AND DID AN "AWESOME JOB" REMOVING THOSE TREES OVER OUR ROOF. The clearing of the lot was done as quoted. Once the clearing was done, the lot looked so much bigger. We will now have a usable back yard when we build our house.Chris and his helper were knowledgable about how best to complete the job.

Mr. Chris and his crew member did a great job in clearing shrubs on 3/4 acres of our land. It was a cold rainy day, and they still came out on time to do the work. We appreciated him accommodating our tight schedule in getting the job done on our visit from out of town to our property that week. (Moved other local jobs around) He took the time to hear our concerns and answer our questions. Their website is easy to navigate and learn all the services that they offer, quite helpful. Very professional and knowledgeable, and willing to help. Best servise in south-easern TN!!
