Sevier County Animal Clinic

It went well, they were very thorough and found the source of my dog's issues.

The vet's interaction with our pet is wonderful.  The best thing I would say about them is just the quality of the care. 

We were on vacation in the Smokies, and our little dog got into some rat poison. We took him to the Sevier County Animal Clinic on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment. He was seen and treated appropriately right away. The office staff and Dr Shurtliff were all so nice and accommodating and professional. Our pup is worn out, but will be fine. Thanks so much!

I've used them for years. I do prefer one of the doctors over the others. We see Dr. Snow. We use her. I usually request her. The last visit got a little expensive because one of the dogs had an ear infection. So, it was probably a couple of hundred dollars to get them all caught up on shots. It was more than I wanted to spend. But that's typical when things have been a little neglected. I feel like I do get pretty decent care down there. But, they're getting a little big I think. They've extended their hours. They're even open on Sunday now. But, their facility, I feel, could be a little more accommodating. It's kind of small. They're in an old house. So, it's a commercial business that is being run out of an old residential building. For as many pets they have coming and going and people, it just gets a little hectic. But, as far as overall animal health and the way they take care of my pets, I've always been happy with that. They're usually very accommodating. They're pretty good on their appointments.

Excellent and happy with results.

Sevier County Animal Clinic are very comparable. The only reason we switched was because we moved. He was wonderful with dogs. The clinic is great and the staff is awesome. He is very thorough. He is the one who found that there was something wrong with my dogs eye when she was young. To see something in a puppy's eye that you don't normally see shows how thorough he is.

Although they would have come to my home, I chose to go the Vet clinic located at 803 Mize Lane (off Dolly Parton Pkwy)

They kept the dog safe and clean. They exercised her. It's a fine company.

The staff is very friendly. His rates are very good and comparable. He even allows payments. They have great hours.
