+ -1 moreMoved to these apartments in April this year, the summer did not show bad effects. Winter and and apartment employees are useless as manager is lazy too. Have duplicate pictures of mold on windows, walls and moisture on windows.
Description of Work: Riverpark Apartments - Amateur land lord, up keep of apartments with weather, mold, moisture, very inconsistent with state law, lady in fixing locks on doors because of cold weather, disabled apartment is unsatisfactory, many details on Hud files.
