A-Design Pools

They were quik to respond and showed up the next day 6/8 to install the liner. The liner was put in place the first day and they returned the next day after pool filled to 3/4  to cut in the skimmer and the return. I requested a new skimmer and  return to be installed so they installed a new return, which they provided and installed, but did not have a new skimmer and mine was still in good shape so they rigged a gasket and put my old one back on and told me to let him know if it started leaking. They also had to leave caps off the pool because they did not have the right size screws to replace them and requested I go to hardware store to purchase screws and they would be back in a couple days to put them back. Rick, the owner called the 11th and said he was going out of town and would be over at 12:00 Sunday.  He then called back later that day and said he would be by early Sunday morning to put caps in place instead of noon. He then called early Sunday morning and said he was sending Teresa over to do caps, I then reported noticing the skimmer leaking and  he said he was going on vacation and would contact me when he got back, saturday the 18th to fix it. Today is the 20th and I have not heard from them so I called him at 9:00 am and he said he would be over later on today, requested I lower the pool level and that he would call before he came. He showed up the next morning and informed me that my skimmers screw holes were rusted out and I would have to get someone to make me an aluminum plate so they could fit it  to the existing pool and make it hold the skimmer in place. He did say that he would do it free of charge and supply the skimmer so I had the plate made and after hearing nothing, I called him on 7/5 and when he did not answer or call me back, I left a text message on his cell phone on 7/8. I told him I had the plate and wanted to know where he wanted me to place it so it would be available when he was free to do the job and I asked that he stop by to make sure the plate was made to his specs. Today is 7/9 and have not heard anything as of yet.
After many phone calls and canceled appointments, lowering and filling back up the pool,  Rick called Aug. 9th and said he would be here the next morning and requested I lower the pool below skimmer again. I did so, and he showed up around 10:00 a.m. and finally installed the skimmer but instead of cutting the deck evenly around the skimmer hole as he said he would do, he just cut it out of his way and left it up to us to fix. We filled pool once again and so far so good.
