Called the company about an issue with our ford f350. the telephone was answered immediately. We took the truck the next day. The problem was diagnosed (at no charge). Our part has been ordered and when it arrives RBW will be installing.

Was referred to RBW by a coworker. I am female and can be rather uneasy about car repairs. I called Robert and told him I had a 2001 Volkswagen that needed a new air compressor. He quoted me a price for the parts and told me it would take approximately 2-1/2 hours to complete the job. I don't have a second vehicle but he told me not to worry, he would pick up car at my work place and deliver it back once he had the work. I could have set my clock by him. He arrived as promised at 9:00 am. I asked if he could go ahead and do an oil change and tune up while he had the car and his response was "no problem, happy to do it". We agreed that he would return my car no later than 4:00 p.m. Sure enough, he arrived at my work place at 3:55 p.m. AC works great now!!! The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid. No extra costs or hidden fees. I will be using RBW Diesel and Automotive for all my repair/ maintenance needs from now on.
